Really close to the National Park. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot but a bit limited. The area was safe and walkable and the parking was free and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great location. We only had to walk a short way to view the solar eclipse!

It’s was ok, breakfast was good, but walls are so thin and door seal was not there so noise was loud. Also not many of outlets we were a family of five thankfully we took an electric cord with extra connections.

I got a handicap room which I don’t remember paying for. We discovered that the bathroom door doesn’t latch and it slides open exposing everything. No privacy for pooping. Shower could fit two wheel chairs or 8 people. So much noise from the two occupants from the next room. It’s one of those next room adjoining situations. The people upstairs had a dog that went ape poop at 8:00 consistently running around. There seemed to be a flooding situation that wasn’t dealt with and there is an over arching coverup. Lot of flooding stains. My gf killed a German Roach this morning. Overall it was ok. I love the half pillows and the ability to charge my drinks to the room. The staff at the bar are super awesome. Should definitely try to advertise what they have available. It’s vague and not on the Internet.

Overall great stay. Staff is super friendly, ad a very nice place to stay! We came in from a night on the town, showered and pulled the covers back and that’s when we noticed lots of hair under the covers. We contacted front desk and they were so friendly and apologetic. They found us another room without a problem. Despite us having to pack up and travel down to a lower floor late at night, we had a great stay!

We stayed here last minute - everything was fine, the only issue was we saw and killed one roach. But other than that everything was great

Great location. Love the lady who checked us in. Room could be a little cleaner, walls and baseboards were dirty. Close to everything!

Front desk staff was phenomenal. Doing their best with the property they’re working. Unfortunately the hotel is old, poorly maintained, and infested with cockroaches

Hotel staff are wonderful! Checking in and out is a breeze. The hot buffet breakfast is good. I was a little surprised they didn't offer any bread or bagels. For me, the bed was way too hard and the pillows were soft and flat. The way the shower is situated, you're pelted with ice cold water when you turn it on and there wasn't a way to avoid it. The parking garage is a short walk away and free. The hotel is also a super close walk to downtown.

Super convenient for St Patrick’s Day weekend!

Room was clean, staff was helpful. Good location.

Dirty hotel. Not maintaining the hotel. Dirty stained towel in the room. Sticky floor in room. Bathroom and towel had hairs that were not ours. Stayed there 5 years ago. A lot has changed and not for the best.

We enjoyed our one night stay here. They have lots of amenities at the hotel, easy parking, quick walk to the strip. Quiet for the most part, low traffic. The rooms are adjoining, therefore the morning of our departure, we heard the two old lady next door, in room 712, talking very loudly through the door, early in the morning.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The floor in our room was squeaky when we walked across it, like there was residue from the cleaner they used to clean the floor. There is no carpet, which we liked.

The parking situation is not good. The parking garage is rather far for a woman alone after dark with luggage to walk. It was a little scary, and it was raining.
The shuttle service was nice, although very limited hours.

We were very happy with our stay here. It was in a great location and within walking distance to everything. The hotel and room were nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was excellent. Lots of hot and cold options. Very pleased with our night there and will definitely stay again next time.

My one night stay here was good, but not great. The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Parking on the weekends is super easy. You can basically park anywhere you want for free.
Free breakfast in the morning was great.
The only complaint I have is the door joining my hotel room to the room next door had a large (one inch) gap underneath the door. There was no insulation or sound barrier or weather stripping or nothing. I could hear everything they did or said and it was very bothersome as I was trying to sleep.

Noise from other rooms to easy to hear

The food was cold. Took awhile to get it. Then not being hot wasn’t good.

The hotel is comfortable but the shower is terrible. You have to step into it to turn the water on. Get a blast of.cold water!

This was our second stay, and though I don't remember being super impressed last time, we both struggled with poor sleep this time around. We were in the area for All-State Band, so I assume the price of the stay was increased accordingly. Overall the conditions of the facility seemed above average for the area. The biggest problems we had were with our specific room, but due to the age of the facility, there's a fair chance other rooms would have been similar.
In particular, our air unit was EXTREMELY LOUD. Not only was it just loud while the fan was running, but something would rattle or crackle loudly while the heat was on. When we first heard it, we legitimately thought it was the sound of a fire crackling inside the unit. The sound of the unit cycling on and off throughout the night woke us up every single time.
As the morning came, we could hear the constant whirring of the elevators even though we were a few rooms away. This led me to believe it was just a resonant frequency that was likely heard through most of the rooms. It wouldn't have been as big of an issue had we not already been kept awake by our air unit.
Finally, for a place known for its natural hot spring water, the standing shower had dreadfully low water pressure. It would have been fine if we could run a bath, but in spite of a shower head that looked to be clean and in good condition, we had to dance around to get completely wet, much less wash the soap from our hair or bodies.

Nice updated hotel. Walkable to everything downtown - fantastic location.

The bed squeaked every time you turned in it. The fabric on the bottom of the box spring was hanging down and the floors where dirty.

Very friendly staff. Concierge even took the time to drive us to the Walgreens down the street late at night. Hotel is older and some of it is dated but it is clean. The room floors are sticky but only because of the cleaning product used on the floor not due to filth. The restaurant/bar is convenient and has a good selection of tap beer. Nice atmosphere. Hotel is convenient to main strip and could walk anywhere downtown. Very enjoyable and would stay again!

Noises all night, like the elevator mechanism but constant all night and day; thin walls, could hear the person talking, their tv, sneezing, etc; hair on pillow (not ours, noticed soon as we got there) and on shower walls); no parking near hotel; minimal breakfast, though it was good and hot, I expected a bit more; ladies at checkin were so nice and the bed was super comfortable but not sure I’d stay here again

We always try and stay here when we come into town for dance competitions. The location is perfect for walking to the convention center and they even have access where you don't even have to step outside! Staff has always been very helpful and friendly. While walking to the hotel from parking this past weekend, we actually met one of the new owners. Very polite, kind, and was open to any issues we may have had in the past, etc.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean though the furniture was worn in some places. Some cosmetic things like sloppy texture on the walls in the bathroom. Great location and friendly staff.

Property is close to downtown and convention center. Bed was uncomfortable and squeaked every time you moved. There was some sort of black substance that appeared to be growing on wall.

I opened the door to my room to be greeted by 2 of the biggest cockroaches I've ever seen. The staff quickly assigned me to another room. Staff was friendly and helpful.
