The unit we were in looked exactly like the pictures. Very roomy and the beds were great! Everything in the unit was new and clean. Very quiet and close to downtown.

Reservation was actually at the Best Court Cottages. These look new from outside and parking right in front of your door. We rented a 1 bedroom, and it was super spacious. Closet had washer/dryer hookups so I'm curious if other units have washers and dryers. Everything was spotless clean. It was quiet at night. This did feel far from downtown to walk, but it was like than 5 min drive downtown to hike. I'm definitely glad we stayed here vs Arlington.

Such a cute well renovated place! Spacious, great bed, good bath, and good TV offerings to end the night. Helpful folks too - called when I arrived and the office was empty, and they answered right away and got my reservation processed and provided the door code. My only suggestion is a few more pots and implements in the lovely full kitchen- I couldn't even boil water for tea! But a really nice stay.

What a delightful stay! We booked two cabins and loved them. Best is conveniently located and the rooms were nicely appointed. It was a fantastic stay.

Up front I have to say this property was beautiful to look at. It was nicely renovated with high end finishes. However, it was not comfortable. The bed was too hard, the bedding was rough and had an odd smell of cheap laundry soap. (Tide or Gain) Also, the ductless wall HVAC unit had an illuminated temperature reading that was so bright it was like a flashlight in the bedroom. Also, only blinds on the windows with no drapes, so if you're light sensitive and are used to black out drapes this is not the place for you. You'd need an eye mask. Also, it happened to be very cold the two nights we booked to stay here and there was no heat in the bathroom. I warmed it up with my blow-dryer. Also, the front door had windows and no blinds. We taped paper over them as anyone could see into the room. I was very disappointed as the reviews online made this place sound wonderful. It was not.

What a hidden gem in Hot Springs! Will definitely stay there from now on. Room was all contemporary retro remodeled. Excellent friendly service from the front desk. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Outstanding value. The adjacent cafe was equally upscale for breakfast and outstanding.

I stayed at this property during my conference in Hot Springs. I usually stay right by the convention center, but wasn't able to get a room there this time...thankfully! This property is AMAZING! I stayed in the newly renovated cottages and they are just gorgeous! The woodwork in the room was breathtaking. I had a full size refrigerator with ice maker and full kitchen in the unit. The king size bed was so comfy with plenty of nice, plush pillows. The closet area is huge and there was great water pressure in the shower. All dishes, silverware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, salt/pepper, papertowels, dish soap, dish sponge, and dishcloths were provided, along with a dishwasher and detergent pod for easy clean up. The unit was also immaculately clean. I felt completely safe at Best Court, as the motel is right across from the Chamber of Commerce and the Sherriff's Office. I wish I had taken pictures of the unit to share, but I didnt think about it before checking out I'm so thankful that I couldn't stay at my normal hotel because I found this new gem that I'll continue to go back to year after year.

Perfect location within minutes from Oaklawn or downtown. The room was spacious and clean and Matt in the office was efficient and friendly. Only negative at all is that church bells very close by went off at 6 am on a Saturday morning. Would definitely stay again.

We were so so pleased with our stay here! This will definitely be our choice for all future horse race trips. I love how the restaurant is right in the parking lot. We ate breakfast there and it was delicious. The room was spotless. I thought it was decorated absolutely wonderful. It was out of town but yet conveniently located to town. Highly recommend!!

It was a nice roomy cottage and very cute esthetic. The cafe on site was delicious, if a bit pricey. One bed had some hair on the sheets but other than that there were no issues with cleanliness. Convenient location. Would definitely stay again!

We did enjoy our stay at the Best Courts and will probably return. There are a few things that would improve one's stay. There was no iron/ironing board in the room. It would have been nice to have a sofa with arms to relax. We could not figure out the thermostat and there were no instructions in the guestbook in our room. We had to call the front desk for assistance. Be aware of the noise from the traffic, so perhaps ask for a room farthest from the street. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and the staff was helpful and friendly.

First time visiting Hot Springs, we were surprised by the general low quality of hotels near historic downtown, but the Best Court is amazing. Very cute on the outside, giant rooms, super clean, well set up, staff amazingly friendly. I couldn’t recommend this place more. We will be back if we are in Hot Springs. Thank you Matt for the great service.

I was a very nice place - kinda like a group of little town homes They had garages. I think you pay a little extra to use the garage, which I didn't do. I never really talked to the staff. Booked online and they texted that they left the key on the door in a lock box and I put it in their box when I left. They were very responsive when I texted with a question. It was clean and modern looking and quiet.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Best Court. We had a 2 bedroom unit and it had all the comforts of home minus the kitchen. Plenty of room, comfortable bed, and super clean. We highly recommend staying at Best Court if you're ever in Hot Springs or just passing through.

Didn’t see any staff when we checked in …they left our key in the lock box which is fine. The next day there was an employee at the desk. He was very nice. The only thing we didn’t like was the restaurant “Best Cafe”…the food was way, way, overpriced, and it was too hoity-toity for a motel like this. Try something common like eggs, bacon, toast biscuits, gravy, coffee, normal stuff.

Got off to a rough start since we arrived after 5pm. That process could have been better coordinated, but that is my only complaint. We LOVED this hotel and the breakfast at the cafe is incredible. The room was spacious and uber-clean, bed was firm, pillows were plentiful and the toiletries were top notch. We will always stay at this hotel when in Hot Springs, which we visit a few times a year. Staff was very nice and helpful.
