Comfortable and convenient!

Very comfortable beds, nice shower flow and great breakfast. All employees were very happy and helpful.

Towels were a little rough.

Made us feel like family. We will be back!

The staff! from the front desk to the general manager to the ladies in the kitchen at breakfast to the individuals cleaning the rooms and doing maintenance on the property. Not one person greeted us without a smile. it was SO refreshing! The breakfast is delicious! bacon, sausage, potatoes, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy! Plus cereal, milk, fresh fruit and yogurt. The room was super clean and the bed very comfy! The room had a mini fridge and microwave. There is also a laundry facility and a dog park on site.

It’s a little sketchy trying to pull out onto the main road from the parking lot.

Best Bfast & Hospitality

We are traveling around the US Rock Hounding and mostly camping. We reserved a room with BW Winners Circle based on 2 reasons. 1. Fur Baby Friendly 2. The breakfast reviews. And let me tell you, we were in for a surprise! The room was incredibly clean. I love hotels that have a small sitting area to eat or do work. Ours was a bottoms floor, way in the back, No smoking King. It had a small table with two chairs. The bathroom was super clean. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic and plenty of HOT water! The toilet had some rust around the bottom and the caulking needs to be redone and it’s kind of wobbly. The bed was so comfortable! Pillows too! It was very quiet and no complaints about any traffic noise, or people or dogs. Now let me get to the breakfast. Not only was it hot, delicious & plenty of things to choose from. ALISA & JULIE are the kind of people I love to meet while traveling! These 2 ladies whipped up biscuits, gravy, sausage, potatoes & eggs. AND they chit chatted & visited with us the entire time. Getting to know us, where we are from , what we were doing. Once they found out we were Rock Hounds, they gave us so many tips and pointed us in the right direction for some deals. This is the type of service that is hard to find in America anymore. OH and the front desk staff were incredibly professional & friendly as well. We may swing back through Hot Springs on our way home to Minnesota and if we do. I already know where we are staying!

The pool wasn’t open which was disappointing because it looked so clean and inviting!

Clean and Comfortable! Centrally located !

Exceptionally clean rooms, all were getting brand new mattresses when we were there. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. Exceeded expectations.

King rooms were a little snug. But loved that it had a private balcony. Double bed rooms were much bigger

Ii loved everything about the room and my stay but it was toocdark I didn't like the lighting could use brighter light bulbs because I like a lot of light

Clean and adequate. Across the street from track and casino.

Small room but cozy and bathroom was clean. Has fridge and micro.

Our friends we were visiting in Hot Springs weren’t allowed to rent a room there to join us. They will not rent to Hot Springs residents. Period. Ridiculous.

The morning front desk lady, (didn't pay attention to her name) was very very friendly. The breakfast was very good. All the staff were so friendly. Room was so big (family suite). The kids, hubs & I were so impressed. Would definitely stay there again next time in Hot Springs.

Disappointing stay

The staff was friendly.

The breakfast wasn't very good. The food tasted okay just not many options. Didn't satisfy our taste. Gravy had no taste to it. This wasn't a whole lot better than a plain congenital breakfast at some other facilities. The beds weren't comfortable at all.

Location

The room was hot and humid, very unclean. I did not like how the breakfast was set up. Didn’t go back the second morning. The lady who served breakfast was rude and unpleasant. Not worth the price paid.

I like the location of this place, it was going to be my ro go every Monday, Thursday and Saturday but the staff made me longer want to stay here.

The staff including the manager was no help. My boyfriend and I take long distance trips for our job. This was going to be our new spot to go due to great location. Our trip got delayed till Monday instead of Saturday and I tried changing my date all they told me is they could do nothing not even a discount for Mondays room. Just lost $180, I will no longer go to this hotel which is disappointing because we loved the location. But the manager was horrible never coming again.

Ideal for short stay.

Room was large and Spacious. It was a shirt drive into Hot Springs. Plenty of food options nearby with pharmacy’s and Grocery stores too. Parking and check in was smooth and simple.

Not a happy Birthday trip

The room was clean,

As far as the bed goes it gave us both backaches. I'm disabled and I DID NOT LIKE the fact that THAT I WAS PLACED AS FAR TO THE BACK LIKE THE. VERY LAST ROW OF ROOMS. Had to get in my car to go get coffee packs every morning. BS. The bathroom did not have a door just to the bathroom. There was NEVER any cleaning was done. I'm not doing there job. Other places at least came in and emptied the trash, and made the bed. Never stayed where they at least do that. Then where I was located made it difficult to get to Oakland. I still had to drive and pay to park .
