The customer service was top tier...I would like to thank the whole front desk staff, the maintenance staff and kitchen staff that worked on 6/25/26 and 6/26/35.. too many names to remember, the customer services was amazing!... Thank you to all of them!

All in all it was a nice hotel. However, 10 minutes before we checked in the the hotel lost power and the generator didn't kick on but the staff waived the parking fee for us so that was helpful. My only complaint is that the following day when my toddler was looking forward to going in the pool at 830 am we were told that we couldn't because they needed to clean it and that it wouldn't be ready for 2-3 hours because of the chemicals. Probably wouldn't have mattered too much during the week but on the weekend at a kid friendly hotel maybe clean it sooner so it would be ready for the kids and their families to enjoy.

The room was clean and was ready before check in time which was helpful for a long road trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also were able to provide recommendations on things to do with children.
