The pool was incredibly over chlorinated and slightly deeper than the sign on the pool

Location and staff was friendly & helpful.
Extremely loud guests that ran in the hall ALL night long. The staff did the best they could after we & other guests complained, but the parents took no responsibility. Therefore it was impossible to control it.

The one staff woman who checked us in was very nice. When I called the front desk to let them know the TV didn't work, she was the one who tried to get it to work.
I was disappointed that we never did have a TV to watch. We had the reservation because we were attending a funeral. Once back to the room we had nothing to do.
I mentioned it to a new girl at the front desk and she said she knew about it. I
Suggested it might be nice to give us a partial refund. Instead we were charged twice for the room.

The breakfast and eating area.
Only one elevator was working and there was a constant noise that sounded like a percolator. ⁹
