My stay was ok. The stay was not spectacular due to the dated property. Employees spectacular.

The 1st room that we staying, the heating unit was broken. The gentleman that came in to fix it, realized it was broken and immediately moved us to another room without having us to go downstairs. This was great as we are senior citizens and my brother had recent lo y had surgery and was wearing a catheter.

The hotel seemed dated. The elevators were broken and the heating unit in the 1st room was broken. This was a Courtyard by Marriott, I'm used to then being excellent properties.

We have been Marriott customers at least twenty years. Last three stays were not good.

GI GI at the desk was nice.

No facilities. No breakfast. No bar

I had to travel to attend our Company's golf outing at the Rockaway River Country Club.

The Room was perfect and very clean. I was very happy with my stay.

Nice Hotel, but location matters

Rooms where a good size and clean. I booked 3 rooms (1 king & 2 Double Queens) , stayed in the King Suite . It was nice that the AC was on at arrival and my request to have all 3 rooms on the same floor was also granted. For which, I am very grateful.

To be honest, I was pretty disappointed with the shower facilities and felt like the bed was a bit too hard.My biggest complaint would be the location. I passed the turn off for this hotel twice in a 2 day visit. It's very easy to pass and a real pain to get back to if you do. If you miss the turn you have to back track at least a mile back up the road to do all over again. I think some better signage at the turn...maybe a some kind of indicator at the property line....

There were fingerprints all over the headboard of both beds...and fingerprints all over the door. Doesn't really feel comfortable when you know it hasn't been cleaned well...made me feel very uncomfortable the whole time I was there.

Breakfast was really nice and Tasty and the staff were very nice The staff listened to our order and gave exactly as requested. We definitely will be back

it was a great stay

I liked that the pool was open for access and it wasn’t crowded, their was places to sit outside and towels available to use. beds was very comfortable and I loved the late check out

Staff friendly, location was great, room had refrigerator!

It was actually not a full breakfast as we thought. An egg sandwich or a bagel type choice. A little pricey!

The handicapped shower for my elderly mother, did have water run under shower curtain onto the bathroom floor!

The staff was very friendly and engaging. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel in general was very clean and nicely decorated. Location is very convenient.

Air conditioner didn’t work. Bed sheets were stained with hair on the sheets. Had to changed rooms twice.

Exceptional

The staff was extremely friendly, everything is clean , the pool and all was closed for covid and it seems like they usually have a good menu at the bistro that also was condensed from covid. I also like that they have shampoo, conditioner and body wash in pumps in the shower cuts down on all the plastic waste. If im in the area again i will definitely stay again.
