Liked that Hotel was close to local restaurants and bars. Hotel and hotel rooms are on the second floor of building which has no elevator only flight of stairs. Other than that, enjoyed our stay.

Small but affordable room, nicely furnished. Parked in the lot behind the hotel but not certain we parked in the correct lot. Was wondering if our vehicle would be towed. Course use better instruction as to where the lot was. Out only complaint.

I could not have enjoyed my stay more. This hotel is excellent. I truly hope they create a frequent visitors rate because I am definitely staying there again.
Pros: Zero hallway noise, good range of tv channels, water bottle refill station in lobby, comfortable bed, zero street noise, clean room, room controlled air conditioner works beautifully, on the same block as the bakery Portos, easily walkable to several other shopping/dining areas and the Alex Theater. Parking was easy and less than two blocks away.
Cons: mediocre water pressure, hallways and lobby are warm.
Take aways: If you are a stupid American who overpacks with five suitcases and can't handle stairs or walking a few blocks then this is not the hotel for you. If you can carry your luggage, don't mind stairs or walking then this hotel is a fantastic deal in a lively area of Glendale. They were doing construction on the ground floor level which I barely heard on the third floor (200 level rooms).
