No breakfast but the location is close to Burbank where I was doing my business. The freeway is near by, Glendale is also near giving an quick access to foos and other needs.
The parking is small. I recommend street parking.

This is a very basic motel.They don't serve breakfast. The parking is small it was easier to park in the street. They don't clean rooms daily. Wifi is fast. Morning could be a bit noisy with traffic. I had a nice stay for the price.

Motel was perfect location for our needs. There was free parking and it was a straight forward no frills, bare bones motel that had ac/heating.
The motel doesn’t have the best protection from noise and the residential area around the motel can be busy, but using headphones or earplugs worked just fine.
