My stay was comfortable room was nice an neatly clean. I enjoyed the free breakfast i will highly recomend to friends and family this was my second stay.

Room was not ready at 3pm. We had to wait until 3:45 to check in. Our heater wasnt working and we were cold. Bathroom floors were dirty. Cob webs everywhere. Balcony was not clean and had spider webs everywhere. Couldnt sleep because walls were thin and could hear neighbors snoring. It was horrible.

Stayed overnight to do the Ventura marathon, staff was great, hotel very nice. Left too early for breakfast, hopefully get to enjoy more next time.

The staff was lovely. The view of the Marina was very cool. The room was clean and comfy. The room smelled heavily of bleach. It may have been the linens.

Beautiful view with excellent walking paths, convenience store 3-10 min walk ( depends on how fast you walk ) fresh smelling room with a nice breakfast served in the morning, the office staff and especially the ladies in the kitchen were all very nice and friendly.

The front desk was very accommodating when I came to check in. I stayed in a suite with a balcony and it was beyond what I was expecting. It’s a great location because you’re right next to the 101 freeway and you’re also able to get to Port Hueneme and the PCH easily from here.

Breakfast service was bad with just one person working and she was upset on anyone asking for help. All the milk in the fridge was bad, quality of eggs was bad, pancake machine broke two times in front of us and when asked for help her attitude was unwelcoming. If you do not need breakfast, then it is a good hotel with decent beds and wonderful location at the harbor.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly. Only complaint i would have if anyone wanted one is that we were so far from the front desk which is where the breakfast area is. We would have to drive our car to the front area get breakfast put it in the car and drive back to our building to eat in our room which is what my husband and i like to do. But its not a deal breaker on coming back

Very nice place. Only complaint is the $75 PER PET fee, which is absolutely ridiculous! Staff at check in must have neen having a rough day. He was not even close to being friendly and barely even cordial. The room was nocely updated and very clean. TV channels are limited bit tue view is spectacular.

The room was spacious and clean as was the bathroom. The breakfast was also very nice. I just found that an unexpected $12.00 parking fee was a bit much when I paid almost $300.00 for the one night.

There was a horrible odor outside and it made the entire room smell. The air didn’t work well. The toilet was not completely clean.

After checking in I noticed AC was not working. Go to front desk to be told you need to insert a card into a reader to activate power and turn it on. Still not working, pressing a button on the plug itsself turned it on. Why were these instructions not given to me upon check in, who wants to solve 2 puzzles upon arrival? AC turns on and I am met with a check filter message...I pop open the AC unit and the filter is absolutely disgusting. Back to the front desk to inform them of the filter issue and verbalize that I am dissatisfied to say the least with the check in experience. Woman helping me talks to a manager in the back, and tells me to just wait for maintence to handle filter issue. 0 effort to go above and beyond or engage in anything that would resemble hospitality. Buyer Beware.

The A/C malfunctioned and it was an extremely hot summer night. We had technicians in our room until almost midnight. We were staying the night with our two baby girls and having technicians coming in and out, turning on lights, making noise, etc. so they weren't able to sleep. They did not want to change our room, but they promised to reimburse us fortall the issues. A couple of days ago, they told expedia they would not be reimbursing or even compensating anything.

Check in was lousy took 30 minutes. Rooms were available before 3:00 but weren't released. Had a broken faucet which barely worked they would not fix.

Property was clean, and the staff was friendly. I didn’t realize you had to arrange for housekeeping to clean the room, so I was disappointed it wasn’t done.

The room had empty alcohol bottles and trash, apparently it was not clean. The ceiling was leaking when we got in, i informed the office and there was no solution. They said they would not compensate because i used Hotels.com. no manger reached out. The dripping and water bubble with the dirty room, caused a bad experience

For the past few years, whenever I am in Ventura I stay at this hotel. It's always, clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly. The beds are the most comfortable I think I have ever slept in. We even asked how to get a couple pillows for our home!. Our second favorite thing is the shower. Always hot, great shower pressure, and updated and clean! Bonus that we get a view of the harbor which you can walk around straight from the hotel patio.

I think some of the rooms have been upgraded and some don't have all the features. We had a light we couldn't figure out how to use. Called desk and she said there was a box by the door to insert your key to get all lights on. No box. Our lights all had switches. #boomer figured it out old school. Breaker box in room

Love the property within walking distance to many restaurants at the Marina. Just wish it had a hot tub. I would recommend pressure washing or cleaning or replacing the tables and chairs outside. But very nice place overall.

Rooms were nice and clean. Unfortunately, we could not figure out the thermostat. We thought it was locked on us or stayed on "daytime" mode. We were not able to adjust the temperature. It was cold for us, coming from triple digits weather.

Being an IHG member. I was very surprised that I was charged a daily $12.00 parking fee. I find this ridiculous.

What I did not like was the surprise parking fee. It was buried on the Holiday website and Expedia. The lot was nearly empty. It is a money grab and shame on you.
