Toller Pool. Ruhige einsame Lage.
Torzufahrt für Auto ist umständlich auf und zu zu machen. Elektrisch wäre sehr hilfreich.

Die Lage
Die Finca ist leider in die Jahre gekommen und müsste renoviert bzw. erneuert werden. Obwohl das Grundstück gross ist, liegt der Pool unmittelbar neben dem Haus und scheinbar nachträglich „angebaut“ worden - zudem sehr tief und ungesichert (=gefährlich für Kleinkinder). Grundstück wurde wahrscheinlich früher gewerblich genutzt, da ehemaliges Gewächshaus und brachliegender Garten. Die Finca war sauber aber vermittelt zuwenig Ambiente/Charme - schade denn das Potenzial wäre vorhanden.
