Really handy for families . Outside of town but on the Tram and M50 ring road. Receptionist was great. Nice and quiet and safe building.

The apartment was spacious and clean although both bathrooms had a funny smell. Parking was available on site which was great. Reception staff were friendly but never at their desk during official opening hours. Tram stop just around the corner and grocery store nearby - however overall the area lacked charm. A good and safe option if you don’t mind being far away from the city centre.

We had one of the two bedroom apartments, all of which have a bedroom with a double bed and another with two singles. The layout is really generous, much better than you could do closer to the city, many windows, two balconies, high ceilings. The furniture is of high quality, but is showing some wear. The sofas were clean and comfy. Cleanliness overall was excellent. The location is quite good, 3 minutes to the Luas stop which will take you to Trinity College in slightly over half an hour, or 40+ minutes by #11 bus. In general, you get could value.
Our main gripe was with the double bed. It was 160 cm wide, so queen size by international standards even if the room would have easily fit a wider bed. The mattrass was saggy, lumpy and tilted to the side, so one had the feeling of having to fight rolling out. After three nights, my back was ruined. Another thing to realize is that there are also residential appartments in the building, and there was a noisy party somewhere our first night. There were two bathrooms (only one advertised, so a welcome plus), but these were windowless and the ventilation was not working.
The reception started bombarding me with mails to do an online checkin a week prior to our arrival. The checkin was quite onerous on an iphone. Three days prior to arrival payment requensts via SOTPay started to arrive, although our stay was guaratueed by CC via expedia. I felt uneasy if this was genuine. A direct mail from the hotel would have been in order.

The property is in the industrial estate but there's the tram stop 2mins walk from the apartment. 5mins walk to a huge shopping mall with plenty of restaurants around. The communication with the front desk was impeccable. Really impressed with the apartment.

The apartment was well cleaned, and reasonably well stocked with essentials to make for a comfortable stay.
The location is great, next to the Luas and in a good location for exploring Dublin/Wicklow when you have a car. The local area has multiple supermarkets and dining options so you never have to worry about having sufficient choice for inexpensive good quality meals.
Only concern of note was that we were on a high floor apartment and security/safety was a concern. The front door had no security chain and therefore no effective way to prevent our small children from opening the door. Similarly, there was no mechanism to lock the balcony door, and most windows didn't tilt so couldn't be left open without becoming a safety concern for small children.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for couples, business travellers, and families with older children, but definitely short a few window and door restrictors where wandering small children are concerned. Minor details which could be addressed to make for a less nervy stay (in the end we had to close all but a bathroom window in warm-ish weather).

The property was quite spacious..loved the layout and has 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms. This property is very near the train station..and you can reach the city centre in 20-25 minutes. There are few nice restaurants nearby. Good for families.

The stay was enjoyable, it had nice rooms and I loved the balconies. The receptionist was very kind. The only complaints I have was the room wasn't ready and we had to wait about 2 hours for check in. Also the boiler in the room we got was loud and came on randomly throughout the night. It also made the whole apartment hot. Other wise it was a very nice, secure building with different food options on the same street.

Located in the business district of Dublin . There are grocery stores and restaurants around the property. The check in process was smooth. Dublin city center is good 30 min drive or 45 mins in metro.

The location was perfect but the apartment was quite dusty. The blind was really dusty, top of doors and bed headstand was loaded with dust and fluff. By the end of the trip my son had issues with his breathing due to his ongoing issues linked to asthma.

There was a boiler problem in my apartment and had to move to other apartment after a few days. It should have been inspected properly before check in. Besides that, everything is great. Very clean, spacious, and convenient location.

Quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation. I stayed here for one night as all hotels in the area were booked out but I wasn’t disappointed. It would be ideal if you were staying for a week or more. Fully equipped, kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, living room and a good bathroom. There a few restaurants close by but be aware the local shop (Londis) seems to close early (8pm) so make sure to grab any essential supplies before then as no other shops close by. Nobody on reception after 5pm but you can punch in a code to gain access to the building.

We were very comfortable in this apartment. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The location is very close in proximity to the Luas line and offered several restaurants and two grocery stores nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Unusual! More like an apartment and difficult to get in past five so remember to get instructions. They upgraded us to a beautiful penthouse. Took the tram into Dublin. Not your normal hotel but great value for what you get.

We had a very pleasant stay. Only issue we had was with the doors in the apartment as it was not possible to keep a door open without a door stopper and there was only one provided.

Perfect location for us visiting friends in Sandyford, but so easy to get in to Dublin on the LUAS (tram) as the stop was just a minute's walk away. With an Aldi also just a couple of minutes away, it is an ideal self catering apartment.

We stayed at the apartments in Sandyford for 10. days. We were very impressed with them. Everything we needed was there - comfortable and spacious. We were on the 6th floor and had good views over the surrounding area. The apartments are a 2 min walk from the Luas tram which takes 20 mins to Dublin centre. The area is a mix of office blocks and apartments which is well served with large supermarket and a few smaller shops. The airport bus took an hour and stops at the Microsoft building next door. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone staying near Dublin.

I usually don't write reviews for the places that I stay, but this experience was especially not delightful. I travel to about 15 different hotels per year, so I hope you'll consider this review useful in that regard.
You would think that the representatives of the accommodation that you're paying for would prepare for your arrival, right? Well, that's not the case with Premier "Luxury" Apartments. During the first day, we had numerous complaints including the following:
-No hot water
-Hair dryer non-functional
-Internet ethernet jack was broken and mangled
-Television remote glued together, broken, and non-functional.
-Room heater was not working
After settling in, I called and was told that somebody would come and make these repairs immediately. After over one full hour of waiting, I had to make another call, upon which somebody finally came up to make repairs.
Everything except the Internet jack was repaired. The Internet jack was temporarily moved to the dining room. The next day, I noticed the Internet jack was fixed, but was never notified that somebody would be in the apartment, which felt like an invasion of privacy.
During the middle of my trip, I also noticed the following:
-Iron had dangerous, exposed wires
-1/2 of the lights were out in the bathroom
-Dishwasher track wheels broken
Repair men came to fix the bathroom lights, but dropped a light on the ground and failed to tell me. I found out the hard way by stepping on broken glass after a shower.

These are great apartments, views are good, rooms are very comfortable and very quiet. The surrounds are just being build but no work at night or weekends. Be aware there is not alot around here so be prepared to get the tram, also the shops shut at 4 on a saturday so stock up for the weekend. Prices are over priced at the spar and londis near by, go into dublin to get dinners etc..

Hotel was nice, quiet 2 br apt w/full kitchen and 2 baths. Perfect for fam of 4. Apt offered comfort and convenience. Staff friendly. Convenient to tram. Very secure building. Easy access to main roads. Unfortunately, our unit ran out of hot water and no one avail to answer our call. We had an early flight and forced to take a short, very cold shower the next day. Pet peeve -BR/LR doors didn't stay open in apt. Would recommend verifying upon arrival how to reset hotwater tank in case you need it. 24 hr contact number didn't work.

The apartments were nice to stay in, but the overall appearance of the block suggested that they had been built quickly - like they had been "thrown up." There were bare wires hanging inside the apartment and certain communal areas did not look finished, although guests were staying there and the block was fully open. The one redeeming factor was the staff. Any problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I don't know how much blame they can take for the built environment they work in, but surely the Management are aware of the impression their building gives to guests and after all, they are the owners? Maybe a quiet word with the contractors could solve the problem. One problem that must be resolved by the management is the absolutely appalling directions given to the apartments. These were followed to the letter and we still had great difficulty finding the road. Please try to provide a clearer set of directions for future guests.

Unless you are there for business only in Sandyford, then you should not stay here. after 8 PM at night there is nothing near by that is open. no resturants, no stores, and nothing to do for entertainment without a hike into down town Dublin.
