Completely enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend. Had issue and was addressed quickly and resolved. The views are amazing. We had the half board option and lots of choices for both breakfast and supper. Staff supper friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay at ICON Valparaíso in Mallorca. The staff were very helpful, kind, and accommodating throughout our stay, and the views from the hotel were incredible.
One of the best hidden gems was the pathway that connects the hotel to a nearby beach — it was only about a 5-minute walk, which made it so easy and convenient. The breakfast was honestly one of the best parts of the stay and had a great selection.
One thing I would note: if you have food allergies, I would be cautious with the lunch and dinner options. I did have an allergic reaction during my stay, but the staff were very accommodating and helpful when it happened.
I would also recommend renting a car or planning transportation ahead of time, as taxis in the area can be limited and expensive.
Overall, it was a beautiful hotel with amazing views, kind staff, and a peaceful location. if you're looking for something relaxing, this is the spot.
