The fire alarm went off in our room. Could not figure out why because we did not smoke. The only thing we did when we first arrived is take a hot shower. My girlfriend took one first i went in after her.. and i assume because of the steam the fire alarm went off. The alarm was extremely loud! Unbearable the front desk person came to our room asked us if we were smoking, we said no. She then went on to say the onky way the alarm will sound is if we are smoking in the room. And if the fire department arrives they charge the hotel so in turn we will lose our 200$ deposit because thats what the deposit is for to cover these incidents. I was very upset and said we did not smoke we only took hot showers! And she walked away! The alarm continued for what seemed like forever! Nobody came to help turn ut off we had to figure out how to do it ourselves.... finally i covered the alarm with my hand and that worked! Checked my bill and it looks like i was charged the 200$. Not staying at this location again.

It was fine. It was a little chilly, and the heater didn’t work. I’m glad it was only a little chilly. The property texted me a pre-checkin message where I gave a copy of my photo ID and credit card for incidentals. I had to give both again when I checked in and now I’m worried about identity theft. The desk person seemed a little confused when I mentioned the text. I told her the name of the sender, Canary, and she assured me it’s okay. But, I’m still going to monitor bank and credit score statements.

End of a dead end road, felt a little sketchy. Front desk very pleasant, friendly. Accidently charged deposit twice, but cleared up quickly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. However, I needed a staff member to set up the wi fi because the platform was not readable. The breakfast was minable unless you are into waffles. Overall, not bad for the price.

They use cleaning products with overpowering fragrance. I've never stayed at a place that did that to this degree--it was very uncomfortable since I couldn't leave the door open for fresh air (for safety reasons).

Basic basic property. Clean, but sparse. Pool was green, hot tub was not working. Breakfast was meager, all carbs and a little fruit. All room doors open to the parking lot, little security and there were police cars there the entire time we stayed.

First room wasn’t ready to stay-second room-toilet so loud when flushed, Fan in bathroom started making loud noises during 2nd use. Two flies in the room, not many stations on TV. Would never stay here again. The lady at front desk was very nice though!

A/C not working - room wiring all screwed up, had to sleep with all the overhead lights on to keep the refrigerator-microwave-TV on. No remote for the TV - phone dead. Front desk kept promising it would be fixed, but after 3 days, no one came. The room below us, over our balcony, had several people working to repair a car for the 3 days. It was up on jacks and other cars kept coming by - day and night - to work on car and try to jump start it. We truly could not believe all of this! Never had such an awful experience in over 50 years of travel.

People next to me partied til 530 in the morning. The phone in the room did not work. Called at least 10 times from my cell phone to front desk and nobody ever picked up. Customer service for very incovient night was non existent. I was told they would relay message to manager and have heard nothing so i paid to get NO sleep and no customer service

First, got to the hotel to find out the pool was not going to be open during our stay and no portable cribs for infants. First strike. Got to the room to find a some minor damage to the tile, dresser, and door frame, no privacy sign, not as clean as I would have liked, and it definitely smelled like it had been smoked in (despite the signs stating a smoke free property), with the bathroom and the drawer between the beds smelling particularly of marijuana. Strike two. The advertised continental breakfast was very limited and not kept well stocked. You were lucky to get a bottle of water, no juice options, and you better like waffles, toast, or cereal, because that was basically it. Strike three. Also got a notice of a $49 charge on my credit card, so I'll be watching my bank statement to see if they charge me for any damage that was already present.

The place is a dump! Filthy, dirty rooms, people inside the rooms drinking and smoking. suspicious people walking around the building. No a safe place to stay. We left and found another clean hotel in a safe neighborhood. for the same price. The receptionist told us to contact EXPEDIA and request reimbursement.

This stay was a NIGHTMARE! In the first room they gave us, the TV did not work, so they moved us. There were a couple of cars that were looked to be inoperable and people working on their cars on the property. It even looked like people were living in their cars in the parking lot. There was ongoing chaos throughout the night - someone power washing their car late night, people talking loud, yelling and cussing, slamming doors, car alarms going off, people walking passed our room. Since this happened all night, needless to say, we did not sleep at all. We are very frustrated, exhausted and very dissatisfied! I will not recommend this place to anyone!

They charge me 100 dollars more beside the deposit so I paid 350 per one night I called them to ask why and they didn't give me an answer

It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The staff was improperly dressed—three big dogs of the manager were running around the pool jacuzzi area. Dog feces was all over the grass blocking the path to the room. Our room and the bed linens were filthy. The hair dryer was broken out of the wall with a big hole showing. A broken light fixture on the ceiling. The shower was filthy, the room had not been cleaned. The room smelled of cigarettes and I have asthma. We aired out the room. We were just so tired so we covered the bed with a blanket we brought. Upon checking out I asked for a receipt and was greeted with a scowl. Please remove this hotel from your listings. Im requesting a full refund for the ordeal my boyfriend and I went through.

Looks nice in pictures but when we arrived was dirty! One of the side was supper dirty they have people the lives there all the time next to our room the room had like 20 candles on the side of the roomm parking lot was peopl doing mechanic to there cars, a travel trailer was on the parking lot wwith people there and trash all over the trailer. On on the rooms have a sign outside the they do massages inside. Thats worst than a motel. Anyways no family friendly or safe!!
