Stilwell Hotel

We arrived a little early but the room was not ready and told the room would be ready at the time of checking in at 4pm. We returned at 4:40pm without being notified by text or email that the room was ready. Soon after checking in we received the text that the room was ready?

Great property and can't beat the location in Carmel. Great staff. Walking distance to everything in Carmel.

Our stay at the Stilwell Hotel was excellent. The hotel is so beautifully and thoughtfully designed. We visited over Memorial Day weekend. Once stepping onto the property we felt the calmness, away from the hustle and bustle of people hurriedly moving along the streets. The courtyard with the pizza oven was a highlight for us. The pizza was some of the best food we ate on our trip. There was plenty of seating in the courtyard with fire tables. We enjoyed the included breakfast every morning. I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness of the rooms. I found 0 faults in our particular room. It was spotless. While the rooms are very small (we had a balcony king) they matched the size of the room our friends had at another hotel down the road. Street noise was expected as you are right in the middle of town. It really wasn’t a problem once we turned some white noise on to sleep. Location was fantastic. Perfectly walkable to all the shops and restaurants. Another huge plus was the availability of parking here. With two parking lots for guests there was never a time the lot was completely full. It came as a huge relief to be able to park our large truck comfortably. Our friends at the other hotel had no availability to park their entire stay. Staff was all very helpful and friendly. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Beautiful rooms, wonderful staff, we won't stay anywhere else. The location was perfect!
