The hotel was well appointed and the staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived after a stressful day of trying to navigate the train system, so it was nice to be received with open arms. Our room was spacious, unlike some of our other European destinations. Overall, the hotel was well maintained and comfortable.

We got a really good deal for 2 nights pre cruise... the hotel is in a perfect location to the train station and port.
The hotel room was comfortable although it is a bit run down and was designed for someone in a wheelchair. We had to remove shower head to wash as it was do low down.
The safe was broken and we could not use.
Apart from that the staff were super helpful and friendly.
We did not use the restaurant as plenty of eating places close to hotel.
I would still book this hotel pre cruise for a 1 or 2 night stay.

Great location on the promenade and very close to the cruise terminal. Several restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Breakfast was very basic so would use a local restaurant next time. We used the hotel’s shuttle to then cruise terminal. It was expensive at €17.50 each for less than 5 minute drive so would recommend using a local taxi instead
