It is a convenient hotel with spacious rooms. Rather dated. Don't expect any great food. Breakfast very basic, staff especially in restaurant need training in service quality and helpfulness. It is clean

This hotel was so kickass. Everyone's nice. The rooms are great. The location is great. I don't know if there's a nicer hotel in the city. And I don't care I have no reason no interest to go anywhere else And I love that they have netflix there you got a nice woman and Netflix? A nice room you'll make it in life! Thank you to all the good service the staff is incredible

Great hotel moderately priced for a layover located along the waterfront. Better properties exist as the hotel needs to be updated. But considering most stay in Punta Arenas for a night or two, you can’t go wrong.

Huge hotel, very dated. Inside the room was very basic, no kettle for making drinks, however, the bed was comfortable and shower was good. Good wifi. It was clean and warm. Good parking facilities and good breakfast. Stay was comfortable just the building decor, furniture and interior are basic and old but still functional.

Comfortable hotel en Puntas Arenas. Nothing special about that place but the location is great. Nice view on the water and close to downtown. Very good service and breakfast. A solid option.

Staff was unfriendly and was looking to make more money. My check in time was 1pm but I was asked to pay $45 for early check in and was told that hotel check in was 2pm. Expedia booking clearly says it is 1pm check in. Such a rip off!!

I booked a sea view room, and got a nice 2nd floor room with a view of the parking lot out back. Staff at the desk weren't friendly. Otherwise, property was clean and the breakfast was nice I guess. The parking lot was cool.

We arrived very late, 2 a.m., were checked in quickly for a very comfortable room. Had a wake-up call very early 05:30 to make it to our flight. All very efficient, friendly and thorough.

Nothing to get excited about here. Plumbing issues, road noise worsened by a window that didn’t close completely, lack of luggage storage even though mentioned in description. Hotels near the center of town are closer to better restaurants.

The location was very good. The physical plant was beat up. Just about everything that had been laminated was delaminating. Bed was OK. Restaurant beef was abysmally poor - the worst I ever had at the price point. Breakfast was very good (not excellent). Laundry service was good and fairly priced. There was no alarm clock in the room. There was no air conditioning, even though the Expedia information (when booking) said there was. The safe was an oddity with no instructions. The phone system was another oddity with no directory or instructions. When we left on early tours so that we missed breakfast, the front desk extended the courtesy of packing us a box lunch.

Overall a good place to stay. The location was great. The hotel advertised assistance with tours etc but had none. We were able to get great help downtown though. The room was relatively clean but the carpets were old and stained and the entire room smelled very moldy.

Had a very good stay here before my trek to Patagonia. Everything was lovely and my only thing to point out was that the carpet was dingy in the bedroom. Not a complaint but rather an observation.

Reception staff are amazing, so helpful to us. Breakfast isn't great. Pool wasn't available but I guess that's due to covid. The bed is amazing, pillows are fab, great sleeps!

Cleanliness was fine - what you expect from a pretty expensive hotel. The breakfast was pretty poor and could be improved. The rooms were comfortable though and good location. Unfortunately, I had my watch stolen from my room so the whole experience of the hotel was marred. The reception were particularly unhelpful in addressing the problem and I wasn't allowed, at first, to go and check the room which makes me believe that, knowing I had told them I had left my watch there, whoever "checked" thought it was fine for them to steal it and say that the watch wasn't in the room. Only after housekeeping at been and "checked" the room was I able to go and check myself with another member of the housekeeping team. Staff at reception were pretty dismissive and gave very little care.

Walking distance to everything. Convenient for a stop over enroute to other places in Patagonia. Punta Arenas is a cool town.

Hotel is 15 minutes walk to the city center , plaza de armas , restaurants , Bus Station to Puerto Natales . Staffs are very helpful and housekeeping are attentive . They serve a very good breakfast and dinner .

Great location!!! Great rooms and great view ( We had an ocean view!!) One issue is that they will give you your room only starting at 2 pm. If you arrive earlier, as we did, you have to wait in the lobby. Others had the same issue as we did.

Hotel is GROSS. Stains everywhere and almost everything is broken. Not worth the price at all. The staff is the only redeeming quality, but they are clearly ignoring the property. Do NOT stay here.

Room is spacious and clean. Hotel has an elevator which does not appear common in Punta Arenas. Close walk to town with a nice view. Overall, we had a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Hotel was surprisingly good beyond my expectations. Extremely nice room. Heat could be controlled via a adjuster . Front desk staff was pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Lot of hot water in shower. house keeping was superb. Efficient wifi. Great in house restaurant. Coffee house in front of hotel. Highly recommend to all.

We had a great stay at the hotel and had a lovely ocean view. We could see the ships coming and going so it made for interesting views.
