We arrived by the TABSA ferry from Puerto Williams after midnight and the hotel organized a taxi for us. We left a few hours later and the hotel management offered a lunch box since we had to leave before breakfast was served. The owner was extremely helpful and kind. The hotel is exquisitely restored and the room though windowless was very comfortable. Who needs a window at night anyway? I can highly recommend the hotel.

Breakfast was simple, but adequate. Staff was very accommodating. Room was clean and linen/bedding/mattress were very comfortable.

The room was a good size with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was clean. The location is perfect; close to the waterfront as well as many restaurants. The breakfast is average, but exactly as expected for a hostel - no complaints.
The staff were wonderful and really helped me when I needed to book an additional night because of a delayed ferry.

Staff and warm
The room was quite small and the walls didn't isolate the noise from the aisle. You can even wake up with the noise. Overpriced considering the size of the room and the isolation.
