Very good location, especially close to the Bus Sur station. Very clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Comfortable beds.
The only thing was that we wanted a double bed but received to singles and the heater was hard to regulate so it was a bit too hot un the room.

Very well located in Punta Arenas, next to the bus station, and in the city centre. I had a warm welcome and it was super easy to communicate. I had to leave before the breakfast, and they arranged many snacks and juice.
It can be noisy a little, I feel it is generally most accommodations in Chile.

Beds comfy, shower hot and good scrambled eggs for breakfast.
Room smelled of sewage and no vegetarian replacement given for the meat at breakfast.
