Muy caro en relación a lo ofrecido

Las camas son cómodas y el personal que atiende el desayuno es amable, el desayuno estuvo bien, nada extraordinario pero bien.

Es muy antiguo, tiene pésima insonorización por lo que se escucha todo el ruido de los pasillos y otras habitaciones, las campanas de la iglesia contigua suenan durante toda la moche cada media hora. Solicitamos tapones para poder dormir por las campanadas y no tienen. La televisión no funciona y las puertas de la ducha no cierran. El personal de recepción no sabe como solucionar los inconvenientes y al pedir soluciones responden que no hay nada que hacer. Las fotos no se condicen con la realidad del hotel

Nice staff

We arrived late and left early so they give us one banana, a yogurt, and some hot water for instant coffee. It's six blocks to the bus station.

The staff is very nice.

not the most comfortable room, it was hard to control the temperature- was hot but when windows were open it was bright outside so hard to sleep.

Would come back here again.

Friendly staff and very accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had to take an early tour (6am) and they made breakfast available for us before that. They also kept our luggage stored while we were away as we would come back after check out time.

The bed was a bit loose.

Great central location. Staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly.

It is by the main square, so it can be noisy with traffic. It is an older hotel.

Would stay here again.

I had ample space in my triple room and a great view overlooking the plaza since I was on the corner. The amenities are basic but they are everything you need. The walls are a little thin but nobody was being loud. I would recommend requesting an upper level room because the floors creak, if that bothers you. Breakfast was hot and ready with plenty of dining space in a sunny breakfast room. I've stayed here before and it's just an easy reservation, I'll stay again I'm sure.

The WiFi only allows you to access through one device at a time, but hey, at least there's WiFi that works!

Very comfortable stay in an historic building

The hotel is lovely from the outside - very classic historic building. The inside is a bit run down but the room was comfortable. There is no elevator and it's up a flight of stairs just to get to reception plus more to get to your room. We were just there one night but our flight the second day didn't leave until 9pm. We were able to leave our suitcases with them while we went on a tour to Magdalena Island to see the penguins and to walk around town afterward. We were able to just hang out in the hotel lobby for a few hours before heading to the airport as well.

It would be nice if there was an elevator but it is an historic building so understandable that there isn't one.

We mostly liked the central location and the good price for the room. furthermore, the staff was really friendly and helpful.

The furniture was a bit outdated.

Great hotel in the heart of Punta Arenas

The hotel is beautiful decorated with a Patagonian theme that teaches you about local people and their history.

I can’t really complain about our stay. I can only mention the fact that they didn’t have an elevator but the had dedicated staff to help out with the baggage. Additionally, we had a tour very early in the morning and they have prepared breakfast for us. The problem was that the coffee wasn’t ready so we had to leave without having coffee.
