Location in central punta is great. Charming hotel with a lot of history. Staff were very freindly. and helfpful. Nice and relaxing bar. Breakfast was very nice - the smoked salmon was fantastic.
Normally on the expensive side for lacking other facilities like a pool, but we got a deal when we arrived that was off peak season. Not always sure it could justify the price in peak season.

I loved that hotel - very clean, stylish and comfortable, with an amazing restaurant, and some of the kindest and most helpful staff members I have ever met. Located in the very city centre, it was also incredibly convenient for me. I will happily return there when I am back in Punta Arenas.

Location was fantastic, breakfast room was beautiful.
Rooms were rather basic and not much personality for the elegance of the exterior.
