Location good.
Breakfast setting good - slightly limited. Scrambled eggs great.
Lovely to have champagne and cookies. Thank you.
Only disappointment - hot water was warm not hot.

Location is excellent, and the comfort in the room is great. I have stayed a few times now in one of the corner rooms (621 or 521) in the 2nd tower, and I love it.

Location, Lobby area,
Views from room to STRAITS of Magellan. Excellent full breakfast!
Difficult circulation of air in the rooms (tower one) you
Must request a fan at the front desk Windows of rooms only open slightly because of high winds outdoors Natural gas heating cannot be regulated in the rooms. Had a tough time resting and sleeping because its was too warm and hot at times

Location
I accommodated the hotel by moving rooms for them. They needed my old room. In the move a lot of chocolate and a bottle of water was left in the room. I phoned reception to ask for my bottle of water as mine was still in the room and I am absolutely shocked when reception said I would need to pay for a bottle of water!!!!!! . I can’t comprehend this as it is mine.
