Great value for money.

Amazing hotel with a restaurant serving exquisite meals. Rooms were of good size and sleeping was a luxurious experience.

Perfect stay

The neighborhood and the hotel stay were both lovely. I regretted only staying for one night and definitely want to come back. Location: The neighborhood where the hotel is situated is safe and beautiful, with plenty of charming and friendly restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance. The fact that they operate from early morning till late at night is great, and it's also a safe area at night. Facilities: The hotel has been newly remodeled, making it clean, pleasant, and attractive. The hot water works well, and there's nothing to complain about. The bedding is also very comfortable. Staff: Everything went smoothly, and the staff were friendly yet professional. Breakfast: Perfect breakfast. The ham and cheese are well-stocked, and the scrambled eggs and fruits are especially delicious

don’t look for another hotel in Punta Arenas.

Amazing hotel and spectacular view of the port and ocean. beautiful decoration and comfortable rooms. food was excellent so was the staff. very happy to have stayed there. great breakfast.

Cannot honestly recommend this place. Expect to be treated like garbage.

Beautiful hotel & central

1. Hot water takes 15 minutes to kick in - I was on the 7th floor and the hot water kicked in AFTER I had had the shower. 2. NO Room service - However, not wrong if you're upfront about it, but certain members (from cruise ships) get served room service - like the room opposite mine. When I pressed the "Room Service" button on the phone - I had to call about 8 times before they told me that they don't offer room service during this time of the year- which is obviously a BIG FAT lie. 3. The staff spoke little to NO English - which is fine because most places in Chile don't. But being rude is not. The reception made a reservation with a restaurant I wanted and never informed me that it had been confirmed. It's like a bunch of kids running this place - no responsibility whatsoever.....are we supposed to read their minds?

Great place, great location but very expesinve.

Best breakfast from all the hotels I stayed in Puerto Natales / Punta Arenas. A lot of options. Very luxurious type of place. Bath tub on the bathroom. Good views from the windows.

My only complaint is that the TV has very few channels compared to other places. It does have connection to the internet so you can watch youtube, but the wi-fi network connected to the TV kept getting disconnected.

I loved the hotel and the view of the Magallanes estrecho

the deco is magnificent

restaurant services needs a lot of improvement:food taste and food presentation, servers need training.

Good enough for a short stay!

The location is perfect; just in the heart of the city! The staff were very nice and helpful. The restuarant and lobby are nice. Breakfast was good.

Basically it's a nice 5 stars restaurant and conference center with a 2 star hotel above it! The shower head and pressure was very bad! There was no power sockets around the work desk in the room. The WiFi access was almost useless in the room and you had to go to the restaurant for a good connection. No air conditioning which was tolerable in the fall.

really good hotel with nice room and great breakfast

nice hotel with large clean rooms. the breakfasts was amazing with lots of choice and a nice dining room. location is good right in front of the park.

checkout was really slow. also be aware that the parking is a few blocks down from the hotel and you need to ask for the clicker to open it (don’t go into the entrance next to the hotel it’s for something else)

Great Place To Stay in Punta Arenas

Great location on the central square, very elegant lobby and decor. Helpful English speaking staff. I felt it was much better than my stay at Hotel de Almargo in terms of ambiance and location.

Central location makes traffic noise inevitable. Showers waste too much water and the tub is slow to drain. Buffet breakfast was not great.
