Location was great, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious.
Staff at check-in were helpful and friendly. Had some less-than-helpful answers from the next day’s staff regarding checking out before an early flight, and had an ok but slow checkout in the wee hours of the morning. Consistency in the helpfulness of employees could use a little work.

I was given a warm welcome even at two o'clock in the morning. My room was warm, immaculately clean and perfect for my needs. No frills but very good, quiet and easily accessible from within the main hotel or via its separate entrance. Breakfast is available at the main restaurant or within the Almasur Express property. Continental style, quite adequate in pleasant surroundings. All the staff I've dealt with were friendly and efficient. Dinner at the main restaurant was excellent, exceptional service.
A minor point because i did not book for the view, but my room on the 4th floor at the Express property just overlooks a sort of void between other walls. Maybe just a little claustrophobic. All in all though, there was nothing to dislike.

Great accommodations for the price. Walkable to stores including a good grocery store and other shopping. Staff was wonderful.

- Good location.
- They have a bar and restaurant (Didn't use it).
- They provide a good breakfast box if you have an early tour.
- Breakfast was simple but good.
- No water bottles provided in the room on arrival (which I tend to get in all bottles).
- Very strong smell coming from the drain in the bathroom.
- Cleanliness was not so great in the Room.
- Small room but enough if you have full day tour and won't be in the hotel much.
