This is a very nice place. We had a studio unit with a kitchenette, which was great. Unlike other places, breakfast is left in the refrigerator - a cool and unique way to provide it. Front desk staff were professional and very helpful in providing local recommendations. Would stay again for sure!

Stayed many times now. Fantastic people. Great rooms. Perfect atmosphere, breakfast food in the room is awesome! Private parking is a huge bonus.

Nice little aparthotel, with each unit being a small apartment. Ours included a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. The staff is excellent - very friendly and helpful. We checked in nearly at midnight after a long drive from Puerto Natales, and the staff was there. The kitchen fridge is stocked with eggs, and a tray of sliced ham, cheese, and bread for your breakfast. Snacks are on the kitchen table. The stove is a small 2 hot plate stove, but it works fine to cook up eggs. Shower was excellent. We were perfectly fine and comfy here. The hotel lobby is comfy too, with men's/women's bathrooms on lobby level.
In an excess of caution perhaps (because Punta Arenas was getting cold), the unit was pretty warm inside, so we had to turn off the electric radiators and open the window. But we weren't in the apt other than sleeping, as we were out during the day.

The location is very good, it is clean. We got a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was good to have in the room. The staff were very friendly and tried to help as much as they could.
We asked for a taxi in the morning but it didn’t arrive. We took an Uber instead which anyway is the best option. In the end it turned out for the best but not as suggested.
