Great property. Stay here every time we're in Ormond Beach.

Staff was efficient and professional! Check in went smooth and room was clean and spacious. Hotel is dated but clean and well-kept. Great location, parking was sufficient.

The staff was great, but the bed was horrible the sheets and pillowcases was like sleeping on sandpaper (very starchy) The toilet kept breaking wouldn’t flush. Not sure if I would stay there again

The staff is nice. The room they gave me was quite different than the last time I stayed there. The room needs some work. I guess for the price it wasn’t too bad. The pool area is decent but Last night there was patron outside by the pool chain smoking and blasting a podcast. I ended up going back to the room. Next morning there was people practically screaming outside my room. Not the hotels fault but it was rough.

The pool was freezing cold. The hot tubs jets did not work. The breakfast should not be considered it was a few items muffins, green bananas and yogurt. Coffee was great. Room was a mix of nice things and things that needed replaced.

The property photographs nicely, but I wish they'd put a little more effort in form over function. The general aesthetic of the rooms were nice. The problem was when we took off our shoes. There was a general film of leftover cleaning solution caked across the floor. To the touch it felt clammy; almost like a layer of clay that would cling. We kept towels by our beds to wipe our feet before crawling in. The beds were hard and generally uncomfortable. The pillows provided were either lumpy or flat. What's more, in a room to fit four there were exactly four pillows. Between me, my wife, and my kids there were no extra pillows to be found. There's not even a phone in the room to call down to the front desk and ask for more. That led to one of the worst sleeps in a hotel I've ever had. Finally, the toilet flush valve kept disconnecting. I'd have to pull the lid off and re-attach after every second or third flush. To round it up, the hotel looks nice. With attention to details, it could have been a great stay.

It was a nice place in a good location. The beach front is beautiful. Good basic room for a reasonable price. More than did the job. There was no coffee in the machine so I went to dunkin donuts. The brakfeast was un impressive but I would stay again

Everything was good. Old towels and shower needs more pressure.

Everything was wonderful. However the jacuzzi tub had a hairline crack in it, but worked fine. The bed 🛌 was very firm and a little uncomfortable, but we slept. Overall, the stay was great and the staff was wonderful.

View is beautiful. Hot tub hasn’t worked in months, rooms are not as shown in photos. Rust in microwave, large bugs, beds feel like you are sleeping on concrete and falling apart. Light switches do not turn off ceiling lights, fridge is extremely loud. Could be great place, needs major upcoming. Staff is helpful. Great location though.

We just stayed at Lotus Boutique for eight nights. We did not know when we booked our rooms that they did not allow smoking anywhere outside on the property. We were not told any rule about smoking outdoors when we checked in, nor did we notice any signage posted anywhere about the rule. The manager told us on the 7th day that we were not supposed to smoke on the property. The next morning at check out we were told that we lost our 100.00 deposit due to the fact he had seen one of us smoking out in front of our room. The hotel was a nice property. We will need to plan to stay somewhere else next year on our annual trip for speed weeks.

The room was extremely damp. Only got clean towels 2 times in 8 days They don’t make the beds every day I would not stay there again

I Booked because pictures looked beautiful and when got there it was not. I specifically booked for hot tub but when we went to use the hot tub it didnt work. I was overall very disappointed in the whole experience. We left and did not stay there. I booked through Expedia and was told I would have to go through them for a refund. What a pain even trying to figure out how to get someone to talk to. Not impressed with Expedia right now either

Rooms are nice and clean. You can hear stuff outside, but very nice stay.

Staff was great. Got room 109 with 2 queen beds and it was right outside the pool with quick access to the ocean. Loved it!

The whole room smelled like bleach-Clorox!!! Too much . Had to open the door for awhile .

It was dark not lit spiders on bed and picture of room was false I want a full refund as I was left to sleep in my car

The best kept secret in this area. This hotel don’t look like much but once you look at it up close, it is super clean , renovated and quiet. The pictures dont lies.

Everything was good, the heat didn’t work in our room but the manager brought us a portable one that worked great, the staff bent over backwards to accommodate us.

Front desk was ok, room was clean but needs repair when it was supposedly updated last year. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. It could be a nice place if the many needed repairs, updates, fixes were taken care of. No lights at night on the balcony made the area appear unsafe along with the stairway on the side at the alleyway.

It was an overnight stop for us. They let us change from 2 beds to a single so we could have the first floor. The outside looks a little run down, BUT the rooms have been updated nicely.

I checked in at 7:30pm, office staff was not helpful, didn't even turn on the office lights. Room was old, smelled and needed paint and repair, pulled back covers on bed #1 , it had long black hairs, bed #2 has many small hairs in bed and on the pillow. Went back to reception and asked for another room because beds were not clean. I was given another room across from the vending machines, the room door was open, this room also smelled musty and needed repair, pulled back covers on Bed #1 and it had sand and dirt in it, Bed# 2 had hairs and some questionable stains..gross . Went back to reception, explained what I found and asked for another room. Desk clerk gave me another room on the second floor across from the elevator shaft. This room also smelled bad, needed paint and repair, I inspected the beds and they appeared to be clean. Clerk never apologized, never acknowledged any problem existed , actually only spoke a few words during our 3 interactions. The so called Breakfast, is a small muffin and a couple of bananas. I realize that this is a 2 star hotel, (Expedia rated it 6.9??) but I expect the rooms to be clean and the bed linens washed after use, not just remade after the last guest. The room pictures they post are not the 3 rooms that I was in. As well, it seemed that I was given rooms in worse locations that the first. Seemed like a consequence for requesting another room. Pool area was large, well appointed and clean.

I like Nice position and wonderful price. However, the sound insulation is not good enough. I can hear the sound of people walking by and their conversation clearly.

Not pet friendly, the staff at check in gave my pups very nasty looks. My pup is like my child. Very unwelcoming, I did not stay, still working on a refund. I don’t blame the hotel/corporation, but rude staff. If your not a pet friendly person, choose somewhere else to work is my suggestion.

This was a beautiful property, right on the ocean and quiet. Really enjoyed our stay!
