I booked this stay last minute, it was in a good location, it has parking, but the main reason I booked it on top of all that I mentioned is that it state it has laundry facility…I think that’s misleading as they done have a laundry facility but a laundry service. I was told that they will pick up your laundry from the room and deliver it at around 6pm for a fee. I was looking for laundry facility that I will be the one doing my own laundry. They also have a breakfast buffet for a fee which is convenient. Other than the misleading terminology, I would give it 5-stars.

Nice stay, the room wasn’t soundproof and you could easily hear voices from the corridor. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is amazingly clean and well-appointed. Not flashy, but very tasteful (even nice wall art!), with a welcoming lobby and cafe/bar/restaurant, separate from the large breakfast area. Nice, helpful staff. Area is residential, full of eateries, near Plaza Mayor, very walkable but close to transit of all kinds. So glad I didn't stay directly in the tourist areas, but close to everything. I felt more and more like a Madrileno in the rhythm of life in Madrid! I'd like to go back to Madrid and this hotel.

Hotel is just right for a short or long visit to Madrid. Good price. Well located. You can walk around safely and there is also a train station nearby. The “Puerta of Toledo” is nearby, just at the right corner of the hotel. Quiet!!! Nice, clean and big enough rooms. Welcoming and helpful staff! We definitely would stay again.

Very welcoming, lots to do within walking distance. Good food in area and in cafe for breakfast snd light dinner. Able to secure luggage begore check in and between off site excursions.

I want my money back. I have never entered such a filthy hotel with a room/bed that was infested with bed bugs. Will gladly share my video of bugs crawling on pillow. This hotel should be eliminated from choices on your web site.

This is a very well situated hotel near facilities, Metro stations and buses.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was rather warm and needed to go to a cooler temperature. My only suggestion would be to provide a kettle, 2 cups and teabags in the room so that you can make a cup of tea when you want to!
Though the breakfast was good and substantial I would suggest they also offer cooked tomatoes along with the bacon, sausage and eggs, to make it a bit healthier!
Apart from these small points I would recommend the hotel to friends and family and would definitely return.

My disappointment was with the black haired Caucasian female at the front desk. The evening prior to our departure, she booked us an early morning taxi. The following morning at the time of our departure, the restaurant was not yet open. She chided us for not booking a ‘boxed breakfast’ when we inquired if our included breakfast would be refunded and refused our request. Disappointed that this individual could not make us aware of the establishment’s policy the previous evening.

Arrived at the hotel and the lobby was under construction. Unfortunately for us It was busy, loud and dusty. On the second day while we were looking for a way to the rooftop bar we were informed it was closed for the season, this was not noted during our booking process. That was disappointing. Overall the hotel was average.

The 5th floor pool area was shut down for some of our stay.
Other than a clean room there were no amenities.

I loved how safe it was, Plaza Mayor and Puerta de Toledo was very close! Everything was walkable and extremely close to the Rastro Market on Sunday

Expedia call it a rooftop pool ....it most certainly is not that . The Hotel call it a jacuzzi , that is exactly what it is . At best 3 x 10 metres , and a depth of one metre ..with a max capacity of 10 people . If you are looking for somewhere to cool off after a long hot day sightseeing , look elsewhere .
That is the only fault I could find with the Hotel in question . Check in and out took minutes ..the 10 Euro breakfast is awesome .,,the best 10 Euros worth you will ever come across .
Excellent access to public transport with bus and metro stops minutes from the hotel .
Countless ,local bars and restaurants within easy walking distance , even in last week searing heat .
So to sum up , excellent hotel , but Expedia way off calling the rooftop area a pool ..

A good large family room which was very clean. Staff were very polite. Location is good - near a metro, hop on/off bus stop and a supermarket.
One of the reasons we picked the hotel was because of the pool - however when we got up there we saw it was very small. I wouldn’t recommend people choosing this hotel just because of the pool.
