Very clean comfortable beds. Our room was really big and nice. Simple, quick breakfast. We would stay again.

The room was clean. The breakfast was simple but serviceable. The woman running the breakfast area was kind and super on top of keeping items coming out. The hotel staff are friendly. The hotel is in a decent area.
The downside was the room smelled musty and not fresh. Hard to explain but it was not nice to sit in stale feeling air.
The balcony was a lovely touch, however there was no blind to cover the door and we had to use the bed small blanket decoration to make the a window covering to keep the light out.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Stay in Nanaimo!
We had a wonderful time staying here with the family! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we checked in, making us feel right at home for our whole trip. Housekeeping cleaned our rooms every day, which was such a nice touch and made things so much easier while traveling with kids.
Breakfast was included and delicious — a great way to fuel up before a day of exploring. The location was perfect too, just a short trip from a great crabbing spot, so we got to spend an afternoon out on the water catching crabs, which was a highlight of the trip!
Overall, a clean, comfortable hotel with genuinely kind staff and a super convenient location. Highly recommend for families visiting Nanaimo — we'll definitely be back!
