Super friendly staff and very nice and relaxing place! The cave spa is amazing; would definitely recommend. Rooms are spacious; beds comfy with memory foam toppers, and bathroom good-sized with rainfall shower. Great views, too, from the pool area.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The only thing we would do differently next time is stay longer. The salt caves were really nice and the pool facilities were also great.

Beautiful property, but hospitality is lagging. Also if you’re in a loft room, there is a hazardous stair to the bathroom which is right beside the stairs down to lower level, so need to be very careful at night. No night lights. Plus, the noise from other guests going up their stairs in rooms beside you is SO LOUD! Paper thin walls.
And no kitchen dishes or utensils were available in our kitchen (and stove was turned off!) Instead they provided a good breakfast, but was still inconvenient for having a glass of wine in our room.
Would be an amazing property with a little attention to detail, better sound barriers between rooms and improved service.
