The rooms were great and pool nice!

We were really only in our room to sleep, but it was clean, quiet, and roomy enough for 4. We didn't have time for breakfast, but it looked good and had a good variety. All of the staff we dealt with were courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and refer it to friends.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 3 Days 2 nights it was a staycation for us and we enjoyed every moment of it from the pool to being able to go into the exercise room and work out the buffet breakfast was excellent I would definitely come back again

For the second year in a row we chose to stay here for our annual anniversary trip. Last year was awful but the staff tried to make it right so we decided to give them another chance this year. This time was even worse. At check in we were reminded that 10pm is quiet time and told about breakfast etc. We had gone out for dinner and returned home o the hotel around 10pm to find the lobby packed with drunken adults and young children running literally everywhere. We went to our room on the 4th floor thinking it’s far away so it will be quiet. We got off the elevator and there were unattended children running and yelling from each end of the hallway. We gave it until a little after 11 when they were continuously banging on our door and still yelling when we went to front desk. There were two ladies working. The first immediately apologized and said she would go walk the floors but Amanda (I believe was her name) wanted to talk to us. Amanda walked over and we told her what was going on and she replied, “So do you want to stay here or not. I can’t physically remove people from the hotel.” I was only asking for someone to enforce the rules they asked us to follow. She was more concerned with continuing to serve the already drunken parents as they let their kids run unsupervised to other guests rooms than taking care of an issue. There was garbage and smashed food all over the hotel halls and lobby this year. It was absolutely disgusting and incredibly frustrating!

The desk clerk was very nice, accommodating and it is very apparent she likes her job!

My only complaint is the length of them took for the water to get hot. Then it didn’t get very hot or stay hot long enough to finish a shower. I would 100% stay here again regardless. Staff was attentive and kind. Breakfast was good. Pool was enjoyable. Room was extremely nice and comfortable.

Kicked me out halfway through will be calling corporate because after yelling at me tried to get me to stay again because one of their staff messed up and didn’t have me sign pet release. I would never stay with this company again or recommend to anyone. -10 out of 10

Was a nice Hotel overay

Needed a place for the night cause of the weather and it worked out perfectly. No complaints. Quick check in. All good. Can't ask for much more than that.

Loud, drunks in lobby until 12am, kids running up and down hallways, hotel music Started loudly at 7am. Food was not good Terrible stay

I had called the hotel before booking and inquired if the pool was 24hrs. I was placed on hold for about 5 min and was told yes. When I arrived to the hotel I was told 6Am to 10pm. So their customer service needs to to be updated.

Super clean and very quiet. Solid free breakfast. Sheets and pillows were exceptional for this price range. Room was very large. Def on my favorites list.

We had a very good two night stay. The hotel was nice, clean and conveniently located. The breakfast was very good also. The only reason I didn't rate Excellent for everything, was that the AC system was very loud when in operation. I would definitely stay here again.

Hyatt Place is a great choice when traveling to South Bend/Mishawaka. The king bed sleeps so well, and the walk-in shower is awesome! Breakfast buffet is a nice perk. My only negative observation is that the carpeting in the public areas is becoming threadbare and ages the building. If the carpeting were upgraded the property would present itself as new.
