Property needs a lot of maintenance, common areas and inside rooms. My shower was missing a tile and the bathroom definitely needs a deep cleaning. All of the caulking was brown and should be redone. Holes in the wall in several common hallways. Definitely not to the standard of other Hyatt properties where I have stayed.

I was very disappointed to find the hot tub not working and it appeared to be in disrepair. The wires were hanging down from on the turn on switch and the water in the hot tub was green. When I book a hotel my primary goal is to have the use of a hot tub so find this not available and out of service without notice to me was upsetting. I would have gone elsewhere had I known.

This was an average side of the highway hotel. The lobby area was updated but the rooms were dark, out dated and the lighting poor. The room was large. Most modern hotels have usb ports for cell charging this place did not have that. The breakfast was decent, the kids enjoyed making their own breakfast tacos.

Room was very spacious and clean. Water pressure wasn't very good in shower. The hot didn't work(no big deal) overall stay was pleasant would stay there again. Breakfast looked very, which was from 7-10. My schedule didn't allow me to enjoy. They had French toast potatoes sausage and other things.

The pictures are EXTREMELY deceitful. I went there thinking there was a small restaurant and a full restaurant breakfast. This is what made me decide them over others. Nope! it does not have a restaurant or breakfast to order. The room looks much much nicer in the pictures although it was ok. Staff was great! But, this is not a "Hyatt". And 1 elevator was way past due inspection of aug 2023. I do have a picture of that.

Comfortable place to stay. Very spacious and clean. Hot breakfast was nice. Very safe location near I4 and under 2 miles to a lot of great restaurants. Would stay again! We also went to the local zoo only ten minutes away. Great zoo- animals had lots of space to roam and were active.

We like this property. It’s a nice hotel in a great central location. It has a wonderful breakfast and nice rooms. There is a walking,bike path close by and many restaurants too. This place is usually out of our price range but we keep an eye out to see when we can afford a couple of nights. I wish the pool was heated in the winter when we visit but that is my only complaint.

A pet friendly hotel. My room smelled like a wet dog without the ac turned on. I was unaware that it was pet friendly at the time of booking, or I would have chosen another option. The included breakfast was lacking but a nearby eatery was really good. I'll book somewhere else for my next trip to the area.

I travel to this part of Orlando bi-weekly and have stayed many places. Once I stayed at this Hyatt i never booked anywhere else. Great service, comfy oversized rooms, delicious breakfast, always very clean. I'll be back in a couple weeks!

Front desk Service was ok. Not hospitality industry standard IMO and for a nice hotel such as this. Cleaning service and personnel were excellent. Breakfast was below average but it was a holiday so understandable. Would recommend, but would be better with some additional front desk staff training.

While we did not have mildew on the mattress cover like other reviewers, it was the first thing I checked when we arrived in our room. Our room smelled so strongly like sweat that I had to spray everything down with Febreez just so we could sleep. The front desk attendants were very apathetic from our check-in that it didn't seem they would be much help. The breakfast was mediocre and awkward. Overall, this hotel doesn't deserve the Excellent ratings at all.

Rooms are very dirty. Room cleaning service was very poor. They did not even do the beds. Bathrooms stands and handles are rusted. Booked the hotel based on some other Expedia reviews but it was very bad.

This place was overrun with teenagers running and screaming through the halls. How do large groups of underage children get to stay unattended at a hotel? The layout of the room was terrible. The sink is in the bedroom??? The bathtub and toilet is in a room no more than 6 by 6. How do you get changed in a closet? If you want to get dressed and you have a child there is zero privacy. Horrible. The breakfast was good. But all the other issues say this is a never go back to place. Never. Oh, to make it worse. I paid in full for this room on Expedia. What does the hotel do? They changed my credit card for the first night. I demanded the remove the charge. The person at the front desk basically refused and told me file a dispute with credit card company. Really. Expedia needs to take this property off their list. I expect to hear from Expedia on this matter or I will cancel all future travel with Expedia. And that includes a cruise I booked in a few months. I’m waiting
