I love the location of this hotel. It is right off I-4 in Lake Mary which is a very safe upscale area. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within a couple of miles.
Only thing I have struggled with are the vending machines, which are not run by the hotel so it's really not their issue. They break down a lot and as the only that's a little aggravating. But the staff were very helpful in showing me how to get a return.

I liked the area around the property there was a lot to do and a lot of restaurants
When we came into our room I had to use the restroom and saw something on the toilet I didn’t know what it was so I just wiped it off. There was also a tiny rip in the curtain and a broken window frame and what appeared to be blood or dye on the floor which my partner didn’t like but I didn’t mind it.

I loved the staff when we stayed here. Everyone was so nice and trying to make it work.
We changed rooms about 16 times due to ac going out, a fire alarm going off, flooding from upstairs, bad smell in some rooms with no ac going. The fridge going out, shower head breaking in another.
The hotel is in desperate need of renovation.
Which I found out is on its way.
You could say everything is very well used but despite all the problems the staff all of them were SO sweet and understanding and making it work. I would stay here again because the staff just makes it better,
