The hotel was clean and mostly well kept (it shows its age in some places). The AC in my room struggled a bit, but it wasn't hot outside so it was overall ok. The location is perfect, the lack of children running around was perfect, and the fact that we could still use the amenities between check-out & departure for the airport was exceptional. I would 100% book this hotel again.

A lovely hotel, located nicely next to the beach, a quiet and relaxed place to stay. The sea view room was great and was refreshing to be able to sleep with an open patio door and not be disturbed by noise from outside. If I return to Palma am staying here again
My only complaint is the hotels problem with swallows and sparrows roosting over the balconies. Be warned if you get a balcony like mine be prepared for the birds to have possibly left a mess on it in the mornings, as well as anything left out to dry
