Oh wow this was a great weekend getaway from San Francisco. You have full access to a spa with a steam room, sauna, huge pool, and jacuzzi. The staff are super sweet and there’s a $15 food credit per day. Close to Westlake station to get to and from the airport easily. 10 minute walk to Pike Market. Free yoga class Sunday at 9 am with an excellent yoga teacher Pamela. I enjoyed my stay!

Of all the times I’ve traveled to Seattle for business or pleasure the Olive 8 hotel by far was the best! The central location was far enough from all the attractions that it was walkable, eliminating the need for a car. As you know the hills can be overwhelming but since it was located in the middle not trek was too down or up hill. Room was spacious and clean. The family love the view and amenities. Solid insulation so sound bleed from the neighbors. Over all very impressed and satisfied. Valet was easily accessible without waiting on the street like some other institutions around the area. Check in/out was fast and convenient.

My daughter and I have stayed at the Hyatt at Olive 8 before and returned because we found the beds and room spacious and comfortable and we really liked the 25 m pool and the steam room.

The hotel only has valet parking and the cost is $50/day. I was told the “self serve” cheaper parking was available in another location, 1 block away. I have a disabled family member who requires a wheelchair. Given I had a manual wheelchair to push as well as our luggage, I had no other choice than to use the expensive valet parking. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is a great location and have a nice restaurant/bar on the 1st floor. We enjoyed our stay but there is a $25+tax destination fee, which was not quite clear when we booked. I don't know if this is Seattle thing or not, but be ready!

Loved the suite. Very roomy. Service was amazing. Very friendly staff. Used the text option for assistance and the staff was very quick to reply and assist. Would definitely come back here again.

Front desk was amazing! We walked to Olive from Westlake Station, asked if we could leave luggage until check-in and the allowed us to check in early. Loved the yogurt deli. Clean rooms, great spa, pool and hottub. Clean weight room. We had an added perk of Pittsburgh Steelers staying the same weekend! Definately recommend!

Enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. We used the valet parking where we left our car at the hotel and walked to Pike's market. It is very convenient to everything. It is walking distance to monorail where we took that to the space needle.

This Hyatt was nice but nothing what I expected. The pool and hot tub was ALWAYS full of kids, regardless of the time, so no peaceful time for adults, the restaurants were incredibly overpriced and the food wasn't anything to call home about, and very disappointed there was no tub in the room. Also, no transportation available, had to find our own, and very little info on activities, though the staff was nice to suggest some things. Probably won't stay here again.

Have stayed at the Olive 8 many times and its always enjoyable. Very nice rooms and we always love the pool/spa area. Easy to walk to all the places we needed to go.

The staff were great! Very friendly. We had no issues with our stay but the two things I would say weren’t the best were the beds (rather hard) and the only parking was through the valet and was a bit expensive. The amenities were clean and the location perfect for us.

I had been there 10 years ago. Like the hotel atmosphere and very connivence walking distance to downtown, space needle and....So decided to come back again.

Rooms and staff were professional and friendly. Breakfast and dinner options were too limited. I am not a bagel kind of person for breakfast especially At high prices. $16 for a bagel is a little more than I was willing to pay. I would have preferred a traditional breakfast.

I have stayed at the Hyatt Olive 8 numerous times and I love this hotel. The hotel itself rates a 5 star but this review is only for the valet service I received this last visit. I recently bought a new car, the vehicle is no more than 3 weeks since I purchased it and still has a temp tag. I made the huge mistake of leaving with valet and since it was an oversized vehicle (high clearance) it needed to be parked in the limited front spots. On the day of check out it was parked right by the valet stand and I immediately noticed something was wrong. My vehicle was parked literally touching the back wall with my vehicle’s back bumper. I couldn’t check the bumper there since other parties were waiting for their vehicle so I checked it that same day, took pictures and tried to contact them. My bumper is now scratched and funny enough, the scratches are the same color of the building’s paint. I am furious and I have tried to contact them 3 times and each time I am promised a valet manager will be contacting me but I am now on day 4 that I checked out, and still no one has contacted me. I am leaving this review to warn others not to use their valet service as they have ZERO accountability. I called the hotel lobby to explain this, and they too, do not care and keep passing me onto valet who do not follow up. Please do the right thing and contact me! My vehicle is new, it had no damages, scratches, nothing! Attached the pictures of my damages.
