We were very dissatisfied with our stay. The property looks nothing like the pictures and the room was dangerously crammed, for example, to fit in a tiny table and two chairs, they are set up in front of the closet, so you have to move furniture into non existing spaces to access the closet.
In addition, the room looks worn and old. On a positive note, the mattress and linens were nice and comfortable, but you could get a comfortable bed in a youth hostel.
Finally, while advertised as a B and B, it is not a B and B if you book through Expedia. Parking is extra and charged at 30 Euros a day (and you will not have access to your car during the stay).
Stay away. There are better options.
I will say, the woman who checked us in was lovely and incredibly helpful. She was the reason we stayed.

The owner was kind and helpful. She helped us and cleaned our room very well! That was a nice stay in Santa Lucia. Seemed like a bit scary to stay around the Napoli central station, so I recommend you stay here! Thank you. Grazie!!
