Terrific location in a funky older building. The manager was adorable - she spoke limited English but was able to explain everything! And the bedding was extremely comfortable - the greatest rental sheets I've ever slept on!
It's an older building, so some of the modifications are a little wonky. There were elevations in my and my friend's bathrooms that we both tripped on.

The location was very central to many attractions in Napoli. The staff was very friendly.
The listing indicated MANY amenities that were not present on arrival. No coffee or tea maker, no electric kettle, no bath robe, no iron or ironing board. There was a "kitchenette" which consisted of a 2 burner oddly tucked into a table top but not a single pot/pan or cooking utensil to do anything with it. No one flies to Italy with cookware. The shower head was a handheld with a holder that didn't hold it in place. It was only about 5' off the ground to begin with, so you couldn't get your entire body under it without holding it and if you didn't hold it, it would flop forward and spray the back wall, proving you no water or it would flop backward into the wall and spray you right in the face. The bed was like a boulder- so hard.
There are people coming and going from 10p- 2a every night and they wake you up every time because you can hear everything on the entire floor through your door. I would not stay here again.
