Location, pool & cleanliness . Most of the staff are nice.
Reception is very dated. Very old fashioned hotel but well kept and clean.

Nice hotel, very clean, short walk to the beach. Pool facilities are excellent. Had parking which is great.

I liked the location in the middle of Spiaggia di Maria pia.
1. The breakfast-no cheese variety, poor tomatoes and cucumbers, every morning was the same. 2. The bar is old fashioned. 3. No umbrellas to rent for the beach. 4. Rooms need to be renovated.
