The staff at this hotel is quite exceptional! I wish they could train the rest of the world on professionalism, manners, problem solving and having a fabulous attitude to help guests. Amazing! Also, location, location, location. You are in the heart of the city, but just off the beaten path where it is quiet. Delicious breakfast and it caters to the brits, too.
