I really loved the overall vibe of the property. The location was perfect, right by the beach and close to everything in Playa d’en Bossa. The atmosphere was great and made the stay feel like a proper Ibiza experience. The guy at reception was also really friendly and helpful, which made a great first impression. The pool area, views, and relaxed atmosphere were also a big plus.
There were a few small things that could be improved, but nothing that really affected my stay. Overall, I was very happy with the experience.

Great location
Fairly clean and beds made everyday and new towels
Bar was good and the djs round the pool made a decent atmosphere
Having to pay for sunbeds is abit of a joke surely if you have a wristband for the hotel a sunbed should be free.
Tried having some friends in for a little drink before and that was the end of the world kind of understand that but still

Location
Hard to access wifi, shower mould, shower head broken, sewage issue that made the bathroom unbearable, cutlery and utensils had food all over it, staff questioning and snappy, daily room service - no option to decline or say do not disturb.
