Super friendly staff, they went above and beyond to make every single day amazing.
The hotel definitely needs a renovation, we got the opportunity to see the renovation plans and exited to see them a reality.

Beautiful hotel with so much potential
The list is endless - very very poor internet in rooms, rooms were not cleaned, room service dishes not cleared for days, beach beds were not put out for hotel guests, hotel taxis riped us off, and I can go on and on.
