The rooms are compact, but very well organized. The staff is jovial, greets you with a smile and is quite warm to any requests. The outdoors area is large and very beautiful for having your own lunch or dinner. There is a potable water fountain in the premises, so never had to worry about drinking water. The location is quite central and have a easy access to almost all the tourists spots in Pest. You can ofcourse take a tram, close to the hotel for Buda.
The room could have been a bit better cleaned, we found strands of hair on the mattress and under the blankets. We were also a bit surprised to find a half eaten watermelon in the refrigerator, a relic left by the previous guests I suppose.

Very central, heart of downtown Budapest. Next to all major public transportation . Rooms ok and beds and bathroom clean
Entrance not safe. Anyone can buzz themselves in. Carpet dirty . Curtain too short for window.

Staff was nice and helpful
We got towels and they were replaced for fresh ones.

Room doesn’t look like the ones listed on booking,
It was pretty dirty, looks like it was not cleaned, only the bed was made, the carpet is dirty, a chewing gum was sticked to the bed, the bathroom walls were also covered with things.
The only natural light source was through the window that was facing the hall, so when other guests were walking past, they could see inside the room. Even with the window it is very dark, you need light all the time.
Breakfast was very very simple, bread, cheese, scrambled eggs, cucumbers, sausages and some sweet buns.
