That totally met my expectations as a "guest house". The reception lady was so kind and stayed a little longer waiting for me to check-in. The room was cleaned and tidy. The location is actually great, close to the ruin bars.
It might feel like a little noisy given the location. There is no elevator, so lifting heavy luggage might be hard. Wifi was a bit slow.

Nice clean accommodation. It was small room but it is reasonable in the price range. We liked it and did not have any problem staying there for a weekend
It was in a bit sketchy neighborhood but we did not felt in danger even though we went home late at night

The beds were really comfortable, and it was in a great location! It was a cheap stay, so there were no frills but good value for money.
The room, sheets, and cushion smelt so much of smoke. For us as non-smokers, it was terrible! The tv wasn't working either.
