The front seat concierge was so kind and welcoming. As a traveling worker I stay at many hotels and this one is well done. Clean I can not stress enough how clean everything is. Thank you to the staff for caring about the beauty and cleanliness of this wonderful hotel. My husband and I stayed in the top floor in a classic nothing over the top room. Our next trip we will step up. Then the next we will go higher.

The night counter staff were super friendly and caring. This hotel will carefully read the customer's reservation requirements. The breakfast service staff was also very professional and prompt. The fire pit seating area in the lobby also feels very warm and cozy. The rooms are also very spacious, and the bathrooms are incredible. The amount of water in the shower head is also very abundant. It is a perfect hotel that you can definitely stay at again.

This hotel is very easy to access and has many restaurants in the immediate area. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The free breakfast is a nice addition.

I really like this hotel because it is in an ideal location, and it is clean. The decor is traditional and some things are slightly dated, but the breakfast is unique and delicious compared to other hotels.

Very nice hotel, great room, really great breakfast every morning, great location next to Bridgeport Village with lots of shopping and restaurants. Nicely decorated for the Holidays. Really enjoyed my stay.

It was a weekend with my grandkids. They had a great time. Swimming all night. They loved the breakfast. We will stay there again

Breakfast was disapointing and seemed worse than in the past. Scrambled eggs were lifeless (powdered?), bacon was way too perrery, ham was dried out.

Grand Hotel was super clean but outdated. Walls are paper thin. We could hear the people above us walking around all night. Lighting in room was fluorescent, not warm and welcoming. Breakfast was good for continental breakfast. We wouldn’t stay here again.

This hotel and the staff are amazing!!! I accidentally booked one day after I meant to on Expedia and was on my way to the hotel. I originally asked them to change my reservation and they told me that since I booked through Expedia I'd have to contact them. I was on hold waiting for someone to answer from Expedia when I got a text from the hotel telling me that they had contacted Expedia and changed it for me. When I got to the property it was clean and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I will stay here again and continue to be a repeat customer for my events in town. The only thing I didn't like was that every time I went outside via the main entrance there were smokers present close to the door. Also, there was a coffee maker/ coffee bar on a shelf connected to the bathroom. That seemed really weird and unsanitary. I don't have to use the coffee bar though and I hope they'll enforce a minimum distance from the door for smokers.

As mentioned above everything was good but the noise from the bathroom one floor above was not. I mentioned this to the front desk and she said she would pass it along to management.

This is an excellent hotel that serves an amazing breakfast! The rooms are well appointed and super comfortable. We have zero issues and just enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The hotel appears to be upscale and you feel at home here. I wish all hotels were like this one!
