Because I was with family starting early each morning and into the the evenings I wasn’t able to have breakfast . I did take a cup of regular black coffee which was very good and convenient. Everyone at the desk evenings and mornings were very nice and welcoming!

Loved the included breakfast with the made to order omelets! The hot buffet selection was great and it saved us a lot of money and time to get breakfast right at the hotel every morning! Our bathroom broke at 11:30 p.m. the first night and someone was up in 5 minutes to repair it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very nice and quiet at night. We had a king suite, 2 rooms, and it was so roomy and comfortable! I would definitely stay there again!

Over all it was delightful, however there was one thing that stood out, and as silly as it may seem I have stayed with Hilton for years so this minor thing just kind of stood out, by no means is this a bad review but it definitely stood out when it came to something that would not normally go unmissed inside a Hilton. I checked in on a Friday evening, for a two night stay, which as I said was delightful but there was this glass, and this glass became a source of a vet with my two kids and myself, the bet was whether not it would still be there everytime we passed by a certain area. Needless to say I ended up losing the vet and taking two kids out for ice cream as payment, because they bet it would still be and I bet that it wouldn't. Well Saturday came and it was still there, then Sunday rolled around and it was still there, this glass was located on top of a trash can right outside the elevators, and there it stayed from the time we checked in to the time we check out. Now I am just impressed that even though the contents of the trash was emptied regularly that silly glass remained. Thank you Embassy for the great glass memories that you left my kids and I. The laughs and amusement we shared over it will last a lifetime in the just positive of ways.

I am so impressed with this hotel. Power outage in town so the building was packed with hundreds of people. The staff was excellent in managing the sudden rush of people. All areas stayed clean and attended to. Front desk staff was helpful

Only need improvement room need remodeling I thing is time , ☺️ I really like the strategy the place is close to every where , love it the stay , but the only thing … when we come lobby is excellent clean . Then after when we try to go to are room get out from elevator carpet is a lot stuff in carpet in the ground … overall we love are stay in embassy suite by hilton portland washington square … 👍

Expedia did not send confirmation about my stay to hotel so the hotel did not have my reservation. Luckily, a room was available for me that day otherwise my trip could’ve been disastrous. I was very disappointed with Expedia, but the hotel was very supportive and kind.

The potatoes for the buffet were cold every morning we had Breakfast. Also, the front desk wanted to charge me $15.00 for early check-in. If room is ready, (which it was) why would you charge me for early check-in.

Our receptionist gave us a room that had someone in it, which was very bad. Especially given our flight was delayed and it was late. It took over an hour to get to our room, putting us in bed at 1:00 AM. We will never stay here again.

We stayed at the Embassy for my birthday weekend and really enjoyed the whole experience! It was so refreshing to just be able to take a short walk to the dining area for breakfast, which was complimentary. The staff was so friendly! Especially the gal serving drinks at the nightly nightcap. The pool/hottub area was enjoyable for the most part.

Located in walking distance to Washington Square makes this property perfect for a weekend shopping trip. Happy hour and breakfast are both fantastic customer service was excellent!!! Employees walked around refilling coffee and clearing dishes from the tables while guests enjoyed the meal. This is my favorite place to stay in Portland!

The pool and jacuzzi were very nice amenities for my granddaughter. She had so much fun. I let her choose our hotels and she chose this one for the pool and window elevators. I chose this one for the separate living room space. Very cozy!

Overall the room was nice, but our room had a dripping tub faucet that showed rust stains that it had been in that condition for quite some time, we did not notice it u til we came back from the pool to shower, and it was 9pm and too late to probably do anything with it as we had a 2 yr old ready for bed. The bar sink was clogged also.

There was mold in the bathroom around tub, ceiling, and floor. The tiles are falling off wall near tub. Carpet in the threshold of the front room door was torn and worn down to the wood. Room smelled badly (dirty carpet). The window had handprints and debris smeared all over it. Carpets in the hall way, especially near the elevator are extremely soiled. I was very shocked at the condition of the room and the way that the carpets are not clean and maintained. I took pictures and submitted them to the management. This room should not be used.

The rooms are very clean, and the staff are very nice. Breakfast is absolutely delicious and good options. The unlimited alcoholic beverages with our stay made it even better! Definitely staying here every-time I come back to the Portland area.
