The staff was amazing. Our apt had a problem in the toilet that we detected as soon as we arrived and it took less than 5 min for the maintenance to come and fix the problem. The front desk staff was also very nice. The apartment was big, with a big balcony with sea view, we could use several pools at Balaia Plaza and other complexes nearby. Praia da Balaia and Praia de Santa Eulália are within walking distance (for people who don't have mobility problems, since there are several stairs) and Praia da Falésia is 15 min away by car. There are several restaurants nearby without the need to go to insanely busy Albufeira.

The room is very spacious. Big living room, nice kitchenette and nice balcony
The air-conditioning wasn't working. When we got to room number 310 the thermostat was 39°.
Complaint to the manager without success.
There was a portable ac in the living room, however it wasn't movable from that area due to the connexion to the window. Also they had 2 fans. But the air was too hot.
