$75 pet fee. Sadly, I won’t book here for future trips unless they change their pet policy. The facility and staff were wonderful. Parking is a bit convoluted and across the street but is manageable. $20 a day for the parking garage isn’t bad in a resort area. The real issue is that we’ve traveled with our dog for the last 5 years. We’ve stayed in many hotels across the country and I understand a reasonable pet fee, usually $25, and can easily justify this compared to the cost of boarding. However, at check in I was advised that the fee was $75! I did not see this listed when I booked, but maybe I missed it. Either way, such an exorbitant fee means I’ll take my business elsewhere for all my future trips until they change it.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It’s right on beach and many stores were around it. The hotel was nicely kept and looks modern, but old and dark. Breakfast was okay. I would have liked hot water for tea at the lobby. Parking is self but paid and it’s located across the street in a public parking deck.

The Hyatt House was very clean and friendly. We went down for a few nights during spring break and had a lovely time. We booked this location because I am a Hyatt member and they had an indoor pool (still cold out). The pool was much smaller than it seemed in the photos so it was not the perk we were expecting as if filled up quickly. Breakfast was included in the stay but was limited and did not have many healthy options, no fruit or proteins besides eggs and sausage. The lock on our room broke and once reported to the front desk they had a repair person up to fix it in less than 15 minutes. Very responsive! Overall we enjoyed our stay and thought the location was great.

Didn’t care for the parking situation. Had to go to a garage across the street. Which I didn’t mind but didn’t care for having to go all the way to the 6th level to park. Very tedious. Also upon checking in and going to our room it smelled like dog. Once I sprayed down everything it went away but still wasn’t pleased with the smell. Tv was a little dated. Also the balcony could use some paint. The balcony had chipped paint all on them. Couch was old and very hard could use some updating as well. Overall it was an ok experience.

My status hotel was absolutely amazing. When we pulled up, someone came out and helped with our luggage. When I went to the front desk, there was minimum weight. I got my key with instructions about the hotel. My room was spotless and wonderful. There is a stove top a refrigerator. We even had it safe in our room although we didn’t use it. I would absolutely definitely recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the area.

From all the places I have stayed at over the past few years. This has to be the number one with the best customer service as soon as you pull up from your car. Everyone’s very kind very thoughtful and very helpful.

Over all Good experience until we found out all parking was across street in parking garage. So every day had to cross street. I then think we will be charged 60.00 for overnite parking?I just wish i would have known about parking before i booked.

Started with key not working to be able to park, got to the room and the sofa bed is awful and the bathroom door squeaks terribly. So far not impressed at all

It’s right on the ocean Balcony over ocean. Great view. Clean. Kitchen had a dishwasher and garbage disposal.

Antonio, Della, Robert and Kelly in the staff are superb. No one cleaned our room until we asked, the housecleaner was rude and unhappy, she bleached the bathroom so bad we were miserable breathing bleach. Then she asked i.hope you aren't allergic to bleach. Other than that the bed was comfy.

Well I checked in no one ever mentioned that parking was not included so it was a surprise amount charged to my CC after checking out. Someone could have at least mentioned at the time of checking in. We checked in and it was like ID , CC to put on file and told us where to park and what floors and gave us a brochure to hang up on our mirror. Done

We did like the hotel quite a bit! My only issue was parking away from the building in the garage. It might be nice to have valet as an option.

This was a nice hotel and clean hotel. The parking wasn't terrible TBH. Sure, it was a block away and cost $20 but it was a short walk and you can always drop of ur family in the lobby and go. I really liked the room, these were new and waking up to see the waves in the morning was worth staying here. Also, my kids liked the indoor pool. Next time we will stay longer. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is clean and spacious. We have 3 rooms oceanfront suite. It is plenty room to move around. It was nice to see the lights near the boardwalk. The breakfast was great! They served eggs, sausage, juice, coffee, etc. The only part that is not too easy is the parking. There's limited space when you checked in but there is this guy who guided us with the process and I think his name was Anthony. You have to park across the hotel and need to make sure you have your room key to have access to the parking space. They have certain floors assigned to park. Not really sure about this part where our daughter and her family were looking at the lights in the boardwalk and the police told them, they cannot be in the boardwalk. We did not know if there's any kind of curfew hours to walk around. Other than that, we were pretty satisfied for the one night stay.

The parking situation is very bad - the garage is a block away and costs $20 per day - all spaces are on levels 6-8. Apparently, if you park on the lower levels, you will bw towed. When we checked in, the process of using the room key to cause the gate to rise was not told to us and we were not told to park on the higher levels. The turkey sausage for the breakfast is really terrible - tastes old and like "near meat", not like sausage at all.

Everyone was absolutely amazing!!! The place was clean and a very pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely be staying here again. Kelly was our waitress for breakfast and her hospitality was top notch.

This a, really a dog freindly hotel . The staff was amazing . Many other people with dogs there too . Dog walk area just outside the back entrance . We travellled with our 2 english bulldogs and felt truly welcome and would come back anytime

This place is extraordinary. Robert and Joe are over the top with customer service. They greet you with a smile everytime you are coming or going. The front desk are the same no matter who is there.The bartenders and waitresses are beyond nice.The free breakfast every morning is excellent. All this with a ocean view. Thanks Hyatt

We had a fire / smoke alarm go off in a neighbors room at 345 am. The staff was unable to turn the alarm off. The entire floor smelled of smoke. The front desk offered ear plugs and spray. They told us the smoke wasn’t bad but I could see it coming out of the neighbors doors. Staff offered to credit parking. Really are you kidding me $200 plus a night and you want to offfer $20 off. Made several attempts to contact hotel Manager and district manager via email. No response from either. It’s been 6 weeks since our stay. Very sad!

Clean, quiet, staff very nice , like the security of the elevator's to get to your room, just don’t forget your key card…..parking across street was a little inconvenient if you have someone in your party that can’t walk a lot

Very comfortable and pet-friendly! Room was fine for Thanksgiving weekend; only pick was that the bathroom light was on a LONG motion detector, and it took a long time to go off once activated. Easy access to breweries, restaurants, beach. Worked out well for us; we’ll be back. Staff was outstanding.
