The property was very clean upon arrival, two blocks away from the beach/boardwalk, and well organized. I loved the decorations and details of the doilies and lace fringe. Friendly staff. One parking space per room. AC, fridge, and stove were in working condition. Shower had amazing water pressure.
I loved the property but here are a few things to be mindful of: there is a $250 incidental charge as the property is managed under the Ocean Cove Motel (think of it more as a boutique hotel room). The property didn’t answer my emails, but did answer my phone call. We could hear sounds from the adjoining unit - but most of it was drowned out by the AC. The twin beds are on the softer side, which worsened my friend’s back pain. There is a functional kitchenette with a toaster and coffee maker, but no coffee/tea, pots/pans, utensils, sponges, dish soap, seasonings, etc. so you will need to bring your own.

The room was very clean, cute, felt like home away from home. Decorated very nicely. Having a ping pong table was cool. It was nice getting fresh towels daily. Good location to the beach, stores, and restaurants. The owners were very welcoming.
The bed was a little smaller than we expected. No shampoo or conditioner. They didnt make up your bed when they cleaned the room. You could hear the people upstairs very well. No sleep timer for the TV. The only clock was on the microwave.

One block off the beach! Staff was able to help us with a late check in after our flight was delayed several times.
Room was big and incredibly clean.
Coin washer/dryer available for dirty/beachy clothes.
Stayed at the peak of summer so the A/c was hard to reach all areas of the room but most importantly it did reach the bed for comfortable sleeping. Nothing provided in the kitchenette (utensils, plates).

The room was very clean. Convenience near the Ocean. The price was great. Staff (Owner) very friendly.
I would not stay again. Could not check in at suggested time (3pm), room not ready-had to wait over an hour after a 7 hrs drive. Room was musty smelling. Parking not great. No amenities offered or supplied.
