My stay was for my daughters competition management offered me a 10% discount after not being able to shower in my final

I liked the location of the property being on the beach and next to Holiday Inn. A clean facility.

I didn’t like the property had me physically check 3 rooms myself while the agent sat at the front desk because upon checking in my first 3 rooms were beyond disgusting.

It’s not the Ritz but should be able to handle the basics like making sure items work and clean towels

Location

Kitchen only 1 burner worked. Microwave did not, Pool was disgusting , Hotel ran out of towels for hotel rooms had to dry them on banister. Ice machines did not work on any floor.

Save yourself and rent other place.

There are no breakfast.

Very poor service, room are very out dated and very uncomfortable bed. Bed sheet was not clean. Don't even have towel and soap.

Would never book here again!

The rooms were alright however everything else was not great

There was no A/C anywhere in the building except your room. It was terrible trying to get all your bags up to the room. The staff refused to change bed sheets, take the trash, or clean up the room at all during our stay. We took our own trash out, had to track down staff if we wanted more towels and toilet paper, and the pool dirty and “closed for maintenance” half of the days during our stay.

Need new upgrade old

Location

Bath needs to be redone old mold and cooking. Smell like pee urine..for price it was not worth It .2 more things it's on 2nd floor patio door dose Not lock ...easy can be enter from below... No soap. They put some in but the dispenser Did not work old out of date ...need replacing Tv had some nasty looking stain at bottom All away across bottom of TV. Gross and All but last refrigerator would not stay close Out of all my 3 stays at hotels that week end This was very high price and most uncomfortable one for my wife and I. I recommend upgrading units out of date Old and dirty...or lower price..

Glad the stay is Over!

Location was only nice attraction.

Hotel very outdated, parking is a nightmare and only 1 space per room even if have a suite which means probably 2 cars due to being a larger family. Pool capacity is 11 so more like a hot tub size, elevator very slow and only 1. Towels for room non existent and don't ask for more as there were none.

Should be cheaper for the dirt you're getting

Dirty, could tell it wasn't vacuumed well, the a.c. filter was clogged and the vent in the bathroom just a fire waiting to happen, everything could've been wiped down better

The place is so unpleasant. customer service is terrible. Do not book to stay here you will be disappointed.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the ocean view.

this isn’t a hotel more like a motel. Everything was outdated and the walls had holes. They gave my room away, then gave me another room that wasn’t ready I had to go back down and requested another room which the heat wasn’t working in that room so I chose not to stay and demanded a refund. which they haven’t issued yet because they have no access without a manager. Horrible experience.

The location and the view.

The heated did not work, the phone did not work. When they moved us to a different room it was already being used. Moved us back to the first room and put in a space heated. Pd 25 dollars for early check in and still didn't get settled in till after normal check in.

The parking deck wasn't clean very narrow to drive through. Needs a good power wash!

Excellent location. Right on the beach with a nice “seaview”.

This hotel needs to be renovated. It looks old. We found a few roaches in the room as well. We also had to pay $10 for the parking even in the off-season.

Nice view but roach infested room

Location of the hotel is good and sea view rooms with balcony was the best part. From your bed sunrise can be enjoyed.

Rooms and beds were roach infested. Found 2 roaches in under the bed sheets. Few small ones were in bathtub and corner of the bathroom floor. Disgusting was when found one inside the coffee glass. Room was smelling like a old haunted house.

the beach balcony was literally all

don’t believe the pictures. it was horrible. not free parking as it says it is $10 a night to park. the room was disgusting. we had a party in room next to us with weed smoke coming under door. I called up front and was told sorry no other rooms to move to . this went on until 3am. room had not been cleaned. bed was very uncomfortable. had to get new sheet an blankets and change bedding myself. there is a club directly across street and that’s all you here until 2 am.

Good Value and Location

The renovations that have been done since they bought Econo were nice. The rooms had a very calming and updated feel.

I was surprised by the nightly parking fee. I was not expecting that as we were used to free parking when it was Econo. I also wish it hadn’t been in the “fine print”. The hotel room has a very perfumey smell that seemed like something has been sprayed to cover another smell. The worst part was probably the staff at the front desk. No eye contact at either check in or check out. They almost seemed as if they were too busy to help or acknowledge you.

it was very clean and up to date on everything! had an indoor heated pool which was very nice!

I did not like the parking. The parking deck was not big enough and it was very tight!!
