The hotel is kinda far from really fun things but it’s still pretty close to a lot of good food and an amusement park.
They advertised a pool and the day we checked it they told us there was no pool for this season. I booked this hotel with the impression there was a pool included. So I probably won’t stay there again but I still had a good experience.

The location is the best. Parking space is limited, however, you can’t beat the oceanfront views.
There was a little inconvenience with communication. My husband had emergency heart surgery. With anticipation that he will not be able to get to the Sun and Sand hotel personally, I made sure I communicated with the property through “message the property “. Got the reply it was noted and will be allowed to assign it to another person, it took awhile before they were allowed. They almost go back home to FarmVille Virginia, which is 3.5 hours drive. However, we loved the convenience of the location and the room was clean and roomy for 5 people. Will definitely consider staying there again.
