Room overlooked the beach and we had a balcony. Lovely views. Excellent location on the boardwalk. Excellent rooftop bar.

I was pretty disappointed with our four night stay. While the room is nicely done, there are so many amenities missing! Simple things like hair conditioner and a box of tissue as well as a lack of any tea kettle. And the seaside view is a bit misleading because you had the best view of a building, but if you looked sideways, you could see the beach. The street below is also very noisy, late into the night.
It is situated pretty nicely for walking, restaurants and shopping. The breakfast area was our biggest disappointment. It is located down in a basement that is dark and very dingy as well as sprinkled with cobwebs.
The shining light of this hotel is the staff, we found them very helpful and courteous. Kudos to them!
