Excepcional limpieza 10 personal 10 todo perfecto

Es un hotel muy limpio pero el señor de la recepción muy majo un 10 nos ha ayudado en muchas cosas nos ha explicado que podemos ver y todo Buena ubicación ser a de la playa , por cierto la playa muy bonita Muy recomendable

Чисто, уютно, холодильник и микроволновка порадовали. Номер был на 1 этаже , было немножко шумно, но не критично. Подсветка в номере супер. Персонал приятный. Мыло, гель для душа, крем для тела , шампунь и кондиционер были предоставлены.

Ganz in Ordnung, leider Enttäuschung beim Frühstück

Sehr schönes, großes und freundliches Zimmer, mit leider sehr dünnen Wänden. Großer Fernseher nur mit spanischen Sendern, YouTube und 5 Netflix Zugängen für das ganze Haus.

Handtuch am Boden wurde nicht ausgetauscht. ( Vielleicht wegen Corona nur jeden 2.Tag ) Im Hotel gibt es kein Frühstück. Man erhält nur einen Gutschein für ein Restaurant an der Standpromenade. Die Idee ist wegen Corona in Ordnung und das Frühstück könnte auch ganz gut sein, wenn man sich mit dem Gutschein nicht wie ein Bittsteller vorkommen würde und das Restaurant die Auswahl auf der Speisekarte nicht stark einschränken würde. Je nach Bedienung gab es mal einen 2. Kaffee und mal nicht.

Good option for a short stay at Las Canteras

Very convenient hotel to explore the Las Canteras. Short drive or bus ride to the downtown of Las Palmas. We got free upgrade for a nice room. The hotel does not have parking, but you get reduction for the parking ca. 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

overall my stay was good but the beds could do with upgrading and they need someone at reception

no one was at the reception you get a code to get in to the property the beds were small like the ones you get in a prison

We would recommend this for people on a budget, it won’t disappoint very good value for the money.

A deceptive budget hotel, quirky decor in the large rooms, which were clean and comfortable. Hany for the shops and beach, very good for the money.

If you were to use a car I can see parking could be a problem.

Nice athmosphere & friendly staff

Good localisation, very close to the beach. Superfriendly and helpful staff. For example, I asked for a kettle and the managed it very quickly. My room (a "standard" one) had a terrasse, which was a nice surprise.

My room was a little bit dark and the desk was pretty small.

Perfect value for be money and short stays

Perfect location, just between las Canteras and the Marine, and public bus stop to go to old town (linea 1). The reception is very polite and helpful all the time. Room was very clean, newly renovated and spacy.

Unfortunately it was very loud if you open the window because of the neigbour apartment. Very loud conversations till midnight. Because of the location of the hotel, no direct sun comes to your room and you cannot let you washes to dry.

CLEAN AND VERY GOOD LITTLE HOTEL! I DO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

The room was clean/ nice and big enough. Bathroom - the same and the size of shower was great! Perfect temperature in the room! I will recommend it to my friends :-) + there is a fridge in your room :-)

reception lady put herself out so much for us and went out of her way to help to speak to airlines to get us on another

cheap staff so friendly and helpful and helped us out so much as our flight was cancelled so booked in the cheapest and closest we could to airport

power cut the whole time we was there although no fault of the property was the weather

Friendly staff and gave me a free upgrade. Good location. Overall, happy with stay.

Bathroom was damp with some mould growing on the ceiling. However, it was an internal bathroom with no outside ventilation so they may struggle with condensation etc

Comfortable and calm hotel

The room and bathroom were comfortable: good bed, rain shower. Also near the beach and promenade, restaurants and "super mercados". No noise. Very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was good but I missed fruit cocktail.

Perfect Location, Friendly Helpful Staff, Clean and Comfy room Recommend

Had a lovely stay in La Palmas, Great Location near Las Canteras Beach. Good sized room, clean with all the facilities required for a comfortable stay. Very friendly helpful staff. Made us feel very welcome, went the extra mile. Pre arrival communications were invaluable. Would highly recommend and return if staying in the area. Thank you

Superb

It is very close to the beach. Super central, close to everything you may need, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Parking is not the easiest in the close surroundings, but there is a cheap parking spot about 10 min away (next to the aquarium). The room is comfortable and spacious, and very clean! Also, the staff was very nice.

A great place to explore Las Palmas.

Very stylish room, with the most comfortable large bed and perfect linens. A very generous breakfast with great coffee and to boot the staff let us leave our luggage after checkout. We picked it up in the evening. Everything v clean. We highly recommend this.

Great stay for a night in the city!

While I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room, I was a little disappointed with the lack of hot water when I tried to shower. The room was adequate and comfortable and very clean, although the building could perhaps use a bit of TLC. The receptionist was extremely friendly and professional and very helpful.

A part form noisy experience, nice small hotel in a perfect place in Las Palmas.

The location of the hotel is excellent, 200m from beach/ playa de las canteras. The rooms are nicely decorated, the hotel is modern and clean.

Unfortunately there was lot of noise in the hotel during my stay from other guests, so the experience was very unpleasant from this point of view, in general the walls are "paper" in this hotel. There is a simple breakfast available, but no fresh juice:(
