This property was not a great idea! I have stayed in many hotels and this is towards the bottom. The front desk lady didn’t know what she was doing, we went to eat and there was 1 bartender and no one to seat us for dinner, the heater didn’t work so maintenance had to be called, they have no blackout draw shade curtains so the sun was shining right in my face, it was a bad choice for us!

Jerald at the front desk was friendly & helpful. He went above & beyond in guest services by helping me find a restaurant downtown and delivering a lost item to my room.

Amazing, exceptionally clean, quiet, cozy hotel. About 25 minutes from Winstar Casino. This is where we stay when visiting Winstar because the price is reasonable and not to far from the Casino. Prices at hotels near the casino are too expensive.

Never go wrong at Holiday Inn. The pool was not what was in photo, disappointment there. And Barn Restaurants close at 8 thought bit early, at least the outside patio was great in evening.

Great place to stay. The hotel was clean. The hosts were friendly. The breakfast was delicious and was in a nice restaurant with great service. The the king suite floor plan was spacious and a true suite.

We were told chrck in time was 4:30 pm. When we got there at that time, we were told since we were Expedia our room eould not be resdy until 7:30. We left and csme bavk at 7:30 snd checked in.

Heater/ac turning off and on at night was annoying. Loud and fan blew directly on you in bed. Staff was great.

I stayed here a few years ago and loved the stay. Today i was back and seen the most amazing host i pretty sure his name is gerald he is very nice and also remebered me . The rooms very clean and plenty of space

Having coffee ready in the morni g and available would be nice in the lobby. The breakfast offering was very dismal. The buffet was a huge disappointment. Prefer the old days where your breakfast coupon can serva fresh egg. Toast and not dried out old baxon. Eggs were all gone asked for more and sitting in water. Yuk! Potatoes cold. Not worth a breakfast!

We stayed at this hotel because our daughter was also there for a convention and I could not have asked for better service. The gentleman that checked me it was friendly and most helpful. All of the staff was kind, considerate and respectful to us and the kids that were there. A+++ rating.

Quick one night stay with my daughter’s high school softball team. Check in and out was easy. Parking was easy. The staff was very accommodating and helpful when we fed the girls pizza on the back patio. They brought us extra chairs without us asking and a large trash bin for the boxes and trash. We had a great experience.
